"Hotel great, restaurant needs improved standards."
The hotel was good. Comfy beds, just like one expects from Premier Inn, and the shower pressure was amazing. (We stayed in 104). Cleanliness was as expected. My personal feeling is that I'd prefer toilet rolls to a toilet paper dispenser. Was also a little disappointed that we asked for our room to be remade halfway through our stay and the bedsheets were not changed over. Maybe we needed to be more specific.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was not what I'd expect of a Premier Inn. Although the food was great and the service was good (shout-out to the German guy!) the cleanliness and general standards were sub-par. Extremely sticky tables, not been dusted for months, smudged fingerprints on windows and doors, sauce bottles sticky and nearly empty on tables, general cleanliness in the breakfast section was ust not up to standard.
We enjoyed our stay overall, however, and would recommend it for others. Parking was £40 for 5 nights, perfectly located next to a bus stop for heading into Manchester.

"Comfortable hotel and great staff"
I stayed for 2 nights solo. Room was clean & comfortable & I had no trouble parking. The staff were all friendly and helpful but a special mention must go to Katarina who went over and above for me. She helped me on several occasions, was thorough, friendly and really made a difference to me. I did not get to see much of Manchester because of work but the hotel was in a lovely area and I would not hesitate to stay here again if needed. Thank you Katarina for all your help!

"Room smelt mouldy"
The room smelt really fusty like mould, wasn’t very nice and won’t stop again. Good location but plenty of other hotels around.

"Staff are rude and need training"
I travel for my company and stay regularly at premier inns. I'm lucky my company pays for everything, room,food, drink, WiFi and parking.
I arrive at the reception and give my name and asked for the booking reference. Okay so far, booking reference is a new 1. I find the it and get told I have to pay for the room and everything. I explain that it is already paid for via my company and to check again. A second man, appears and says the same but in a rude manner. Now this start to upset. He tries speaking over me telling me I'm wrong and that there system say i have to pay. Well I shut him down by talking over him telling him tonlet me finish. I find a confirmation letter that the hotel receives explaining i get everything and its all paid for by the company. The first chap is more apologetic the 2nd larger one continues to be aggressive in manner. I get my room key and wifi code and then get told its a pay to park carpark. Not trusting a word they say as they clearly dont know what they are doing. I check and yes I have to pay. Shame that wasn't on the website. I advise them that I will be complaining about the service and the manner I was dealt with. In short I wont be returning here and advising my company to take the hotel off there site and go elsewhere.

"Good!"
A Premier Inn - comfy beds, good curtains and everything you need without the frills. I can't complain at all for the price we paid. We had a room overlooking the docks, which was really nice.
