"Great for Business people"
Rooms are basic, and the whole place needs a refurbishment. Location is ok. The service was amazing. Booked my room for the soccer aid, and upon arrival, the car park was full and I was running late. The lad on the reception (LEVON) gave me his spot top lad.
"Everything"
Food prepared by Head Chef Stephen at breakfast fantastic. Hot , well prepared , well cooked. Waitresses quick efficient and happy . View across the quays superb Great location for activities. We are here for 2 days . Yesterday used the tourist boat to go up the Manchester ship canal and Etwall get the history of the area and take in the sites. Today visiting RHS Bridgewater Gardens
"A battle to get a shower I can actually use"
Today I left a phone charger plug I bought yesterday for £40 behind they denied seeing it when I called earlier They also didn’t get my. Request for a bathroom with shower not over bath shower (mobility difficulties) they were full so another room wasn’t possible I offered to use a bathroom somebody vacated after breakfast I asked last night They said yes But I asked today and they said they’d have to ask manager m Rushed, tired after my shower (chronic pain condition) I forgot a £40 phone charger and another charger behind I’m so cross with myself now going to be getting home late at night potentially with no phone charge
"I was there for an event in Manchester"
My room was great the bed was huge and comfy, the breakfast was so yummy staff very helpful and friendly ( Kalarina ) Room clean and tidy Everything was great 👍🏻 wouldn’t change anything. So close to the tram line which takes you right into the city centre , bars and restaurants all around and with in walking distance.
"Disabled Mum and Son love this Hotel"
I am a Single Mum in a Wheelchair with an Autistic Adult Son and we have been staying here for 8 years at least 4 times a year the Room is spacious and close to the Reception perfection, and as always the Staff give 100% Excellent service and work extremely hard to give Guests a wonderful experience during there stay. Salford Quays is a beautiful quiet place to stay which is ideal for us and we attend a lot of Shows at Bridgwater Hall and the Lowry Theatre and this Hotel is perfect and i can recommend eating in the Lowry bar area and Prezzo food is wonderful, and the walk along the promenade in the sunshine to these eateries on a sunny evening is wonderful. The Beds are always comfortable and if you let Reception know before 11am if staying a few days the room will be cleaned and refreshed for your return if going out for the day, the Cleaners work really hard to make sure the rooms are serviced well and you have everything you need and Irons and Ironing board is available if you ask at Reception. This is why i can highly recommend this Hotel and the Excellent Staff who all work very hard to make your stay amazing, we will be back in September. Julie H (Southport)
