"Good location but room very hot."
The hotel is in a good location and easy for parking with the car park being next door. The room was ok spacious but was very hot, we asked if they could sort it which they said they did but was only slightly better, it was very uncomfortable during the night and you don't expect to sleep with no covers in October as the room was so hot. The bathroom was also not very clean and had to wipe hair and dust off the skirting boards.

We stayed here due to visiting the coronation street tour the next day. Check in was easy and the car parking in the multi storey was hassle free. Staff were helpful which was nice. Rooms were clean and we had a nice view. We did not visit the restaurant on this occasion.

"Great location, but don’t count on wifi ."
Fantastic location for Coronation Street Experience and local restaurants.
Check-in poorly run with a queue of people and no explanation as to why our room was not ready at 3pm. Internet completely unreliable.
Room reasonably clean. Bed very comfortable.

"not worth paying for premier plus!"
we have stayed at this hotel so many times, but never in a premier plus room, and honestly, it was probably the worst stay to date. the bed was broken, the ultimate wi-fi for 3 devices only let us connect 1. the iron spat boiling water out which burnt my foot, there was no normal coffee sachets (asked downstairs and told none until Tuesday) and there were only 2 coffee pods, which for 1 cup of coffee, you needed probably 4 pods.. also people kept trying to connect to our tv multiple times during the night, via airplay so this kept turning our tv on! and the air con was so noisy, like someone was filling up a water tank. so not the best night or nights sleep, and my husband had the half marathon to run on the Sunday morning too! Defo wont be paying for a premier plus again.

I stopped at this hotel on the 4th October whilst attending the womens WSL football match at the Ethiad. The location is brilliant with easy access to the tram network and the car park was just next store. I can honestly say that I slept like a baby. The best night sleep I've had for some time. I would also like to thank the breakfast chef who had cooked breakfast perfectly. will definitely stay here again. Well done

There's plenty of culture to take in at Salford Art Gallery, ITV Coronation Street studio and BBC Manchester. To make life even better, getting around is super easy with great connections to Manchester city centre by a 10 minute tram ride, a quick train or bus and it's just a 20 minute drive to Manchester Airport. At the end of a busy day, return to a scrumptious dinner at our Thyme restaurant and drift off to sleep in our super-comfy bed.
