"Poor service, under staffed, little care"
Having stayed at the Premier Inn at several airports, this stay has been below standard in comparison.
I chose a comfort room for 2 nights.
Having a shower last night was a disaster as water went absolutely everywhere flooding the floor. I had to use all towels to mop it up.
I left the 'please clean ' sign on the door this morning as I needed fresh towels. Returned to my room this afternoon and no one had visited my room, no bibs emptied and no clean towels.
Also dinner last night was inedible. Basic fish and chips which was dry and burnt.
Overall a bad stay

"comfortable and clean room, but...."
Really bad service - having to wait over 1 hr30 for food in the evening - only after asking multiple times where it was. really put a dampener on our stay. There was no one to welcome you to the hotel, really small lobby to check in at a screen, that you still needed to wait for someone to come and give you room keys anyway.
clean room, comfortable bed - creaky floors though. Location was great in Media City - but I don't think I would stay here again due to the lack of service.

Bargain stay at £41 for two which included a free breakfast ! Great location right in the heart of media city and walking distance to all the landmarks and restaurants. Car park literally next door and whilst relatively expensive at £11 for 24 hours it is in fact subsidised by premier inn . Very clean and well appointed in both the rooms and the communal areas . The breakfast was excellent…definitely a step up from travelodge. Ideal for Old Trafford if you’re a Red but I follow the team in BLUE from Manchester ! We would book again !

To make life even better, getting around is super easy with great connections to Manchester city centre by a 10 minute tram ride, a quick train or bus and it's just a 20 minute drive to Manchester Airport. At the end of a busy day, return to a scrumptious dinner at our Thyme restaurant and drift off to sleep in our super-comfy bed.
