"Great value hotel in an ideal location"
Parking was next to the hotel with plenty of spaces and a discount for customers. Self check in was quick and easy. Staff approached us offering an extra key card per room. The hotel and rooms were very clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Air con was great! Location was lovely with a good range of coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again.

I visited the Premier Inn at Salford Media City recently to see my niece who was staying there on a school trip, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The entire staff were helpful and friendly, but I want to give special recognition to Mike, who truly went above and beyond. Mike’s kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made a real difference not just to me, but to the children as well. He made everyone feel welcome and cared for, and his calm, cheerful manner helped everything run smoothly. It was clear he genuinely enjoys his job and takes pride in ensuring guests feel supported and at ease. Thank you, Mike, for your outstanding service. You’re a real credit to Premier Inn!
"Good hotel"
Stayed here for one night while visiting the Coronation Street experience. We travelled by train to Manchester Piccadilly then got the tram to Media City with the hotel just a short walk from the tram station. Room was the normal standard for a premier inn with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Hotel is just a short walk from lots of bars and restaurants.
"Closed to where you need to be"
Self service check in, but help was on hand if you needed assistance. Car park fees got discounted, but make sure you ask the staff. Carpet was a little worn, no glasses or toilet brush in bathroom. View was fantastic, although not so good for partner, as he was scared of height. Bed is excellent, thermostat in room was perfect and works very quickly. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices, and was unlimited. Bar opens until late. Apart from the little niggling things, it was a near perfect stay.
"A.pleqsant 2 nights stay."
I am never disappointed with.Premier Inns. However this time.thw AC was blowing out cold air during the night and I couldn't get the controls to work. It did rectify itself in the morning. I did make a complaint on X and I was compensated very quickly with a refund for one night. So they stand by their word if you don't have. A good night's sleep. Breakfast was good as usual.

Just a few minutes from The Quays, we've got Old Trafford a 15 minute walk away, and Rugby Football League and Salford City Stadium close by too. There's plenty of culture to take in at Salford Art Gallery, ITV Coronation Street studio and BBC Manchester. To make life even better, getting around is super easy with great connections to Manchester city centre by a 10 minute tram ride, a quick train or bus and it's just a 20 minute drive to Manchester Airport. At the end of a busy day, return to a scrumptious dinner at our Thyme restaurant and drift off to sleep in our super-comfy bed.
