The staff make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. Thanks especially to Mike and Lois who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were extremely friendly and helpful. They are both a credit to Premier Inn.
We opted for the dinner, bed and breakfast package which is very good value and offered a varied menu, nicely cooked.
The room and bathroom were clean and warm though maybe a bit tired and the bedroom would benefit from a mirror above the dressing table/work station. Extra tea coffee etc are available from the foyer by the check in point.
We were there to go to a show at the Lowry which is only a ten minute walk away. There is plenty of transport into Manchester should you wish to visit.
One tip: Parking is in the multi storey next to the hotel, we found the parking directions issued by the hotel confusing. Finding the hotel after parking also took a while for two old codgers! Payment for the parking is on exit and should be done at the machine in the hotel on check out in order to receive a discount.
We shall certainly be staying here again. Thank you

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Id like to give a shout out to Jade M. I really appreciated her patience, empathy and attentiveness in assuring my stay was a most welcome one. It had a rocky start due to external admin reasons, she ensured there after i was happy and satisfied, supporting me with any queries or requests i had. (Thanks for changing the choccies! Lol). Very chatty and friendly and put me at ease. The Premier Plus room was class, particuarly the comfy bed, waterfall shower and coffee machine, id highly recommend. Thanks Jade youre awesome and hope youre recognised for what you bring to your team and service.

Just wanted to say I had a lovely breakfast here. There was lots of food to choose from including a selection of pastries and cereals. Mike at front of house was really lovely and polite and very helpful, such a credit to the company. Will definitely be back

There's plenty of culture to take in at Salford Art Gallery, ITV Coronation Street studio and BBC Manchester. To make life even better, getting around is super easy with great connections to Manchester city centre by a 10 minute tram ride, a quick train or bus and it's just a 20 minute drive to Manchester Airport. At the end of a busy day, return to a scrumptious dinner at our Thyme restaurant and drift off to sleep in our super-comfy bed.
