"Amazing Service"
I stayed in the Premier Inn Plus room. The room was great and the service was amazing. The fuse in my laptop charger needed replacing, and I asked at reception to see if they had a spare, but they did not. The lady working on the night of 01-09-2025 went out of her way to give me the fuse from her phone charger. Wow, amazing service, I was meeting with an important client the next day, and this amazing lady saved my lead. Thank you to the lady and Premier Inn for hiring AMAZING staff.
"One of the better premier inns"
I stay at this Premier Inn regularly for work and it’s always a reliable experience. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable and well kept. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast is a pleasant start to the day not overly busy, so there’s never a rush and the food is well presented. Overall, a solid and dependable choice for business travel.
"Bad day for room service."
Car park is close but no discount. Check in was delayed due to the room not being ready, we were 50 minutes after check in opened so no excuses really. Then the room was clearly rushed and had not been hoovered plus there was a hair in the bath. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast acceptable.
"Maintenance man good job"
Got into room. There was hair in the bath plug hole. Then the toilet was constantly running. So didn't sleep well on the first night. Bank holiday Monday when reported to staff the maintenance man Ste was up had a look and went got a bit and fixed within 30 minutes. Just want to say a well done to Ste great job. Hopefully I will get some more sleep tonight.
"Very relaxing and welcoming experience"
I had a really good time when I stayed the service was amazing couldn’t have asked for better I would recommend this for anyone who wants to enjoy and time out.
