"Very relaxing and welcoming experience"
I had a really good time when I stayed the service was amazing couldn’t have asked for better I would recommend this for anyone who wants to enjoy and time out.

I had a really good stay here the room was really clean and I would love to come back to this hotel. The rooms had a wonderful view of the river.

Breakfast was reasonable (although eggs not great) and the breakfast stay were very nice. Beds were comfy and room size was OK. Location is great and only a few mins walk from science museum and lots of restaurants. The hotel is undergoing major renovation so scaffolding around whole building and workmen were in site from about 8.30 and right outside our window. Our particular room was very noisy in the evening, there was loud music playing outside for a lot of the night and the traffic was noisy. Inside the rooms were a bit run down / damaged. Not unclean as such but maybe just need a deep clean/dust! Free WiFi was poor and very slow. Would stay again but would just lower expectations as not the best premier inn I've stay at.
"Literally the worst premier inn we have ever stayed at!"
I have stayed at many hotels around the UK including a number of Premier Inns with both work and pleasure trips with a number in and around Manchester, without issues before. This has to be the worst Premier Inn by far I have stayed at! The staff are terrible, very rude and pretty much unavailable and when trying to speak to them, waited 20 minutes one morning and was only seen after another annoyed customer kept pushing the buzzer and then another time waiting 20 minutes to get served at the bar, nothing is their problem when trying to resolve an issues. The establishment robbed me of £30 but again not their issue but when one of their staff did not get the correct drink order, we required a little more coke in the drink they wanted to charge us £1.50 for this after the considerable money was we had spent with them over the past few days whilst staying their in addition to being short changed by £30. Would suggest anyone looks to stay at another Premier inn or another hotel and avoid this one.
