"Don't!!!"
It's the worst Premier Inn you could imagine. It's dirty, smelly, old, broken and reminds me of one of those places you eekk at. Do not take off your shoes and don't sit anywhere and do not touch anything. Feel sorry for the staff it's terrible for them too. This is not what is advertised by Prem Inn at all. Needs gutting!!!!

"First time in Manchester"
Location is perfect for easy access to the city center and public transport. Althouhg it is a high tower it was very quiet and not busy at all throught the days and nights.
The Hotel is outdated an in need of some renovation. The carpets need to be substituted as they are very dirty, dificult to clean and potentially can cause health issues. Either in England alltogether or in this specific hotel they don't use table covering (f.ex: paper towels) so it was quite common we had to have breakfast or dinner with breadcrumbs, stains from sauces or drinks from the previous meal. I've seen the staff wipe, clean and disinfect once or twice though but they do not always do it.

""they should probably just knock it down""
Good location, okay staff, but after that no redeeming features...
To summarise - dirty, old, dusty, mouldy and smelly

"Great hotel"
Fantastic location, very close to the Arndale and AO arena. We stayed as we were attending a concert at coop live. Reasonable price to get back to the hotel after the event which was a bonus.
Amazingly comfortable bed, plenty of space in the room. Friendly staff. 10/10 would stay again

Hotel description
Welcome to this modern hotel, smack bang in the centre of one of Europe's most exciting cities where all the culture and excitement of Manchester and Manchester Arena are just a stroll away.
See up-to-the minute acts at a comedy club, or go vintage clothes shopping at Afflecks. Watch a great movie at the Cornerhouse, or gaze out across the north west from the 23rd floor of Beetham Tower, then come back to incredibly comfy beds and mouth-watering food at our restaurant.
