    "Great location and customer service"
    The hotel was in a great location for the AO arena, less than a ten minute walk. Hotel staff gave great customer service, rooms were large and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again.

    Brilliant location just a short walk to the arena and close to the Arndale and Deansgate. Our room was huge and spotless. Staff were very friendly, had a fun evening after the concert at the hotel bar which is open 24 hours!

    Friendly staff and very clean spacious room. No bad odours (like weed or damp etc) or strong chemical smells which I've noticed in a lot of other premier inns. Only issue was one of the lifts sounds like it's about to collapse lol.

    Louie is a top bloke and a credit to the premier Inn. 24h bar is simply awesome as is post 10pm pizzas!! All staff helped us out loads to be fair. 100% staying here again.
