"One that Lenny Hendry missed"
Dismal reception area with cage of used bedding in view. Bedroom with intermittant heating - no heating in bathroom with no hand shower in bath/shower. No bedside sockets.
Stay clear of restaurant - dreary and miserable decor - very limited bar with very limited draft beers despite many taps. Poor quality red wine - dismal quality of food and preparation, with missing menu items - no fish!! - and missing items on the plate presented.

"Very happy with this experience"
Holly was the most bubbly, friendly and inviting member of staff i have come across throughout all of the premier inns i have stayed at. Such a character, she made me feel welcome. Thanks to the rest of the team on that night, food was amazing, many thanks to jenson for the lovely food

"Table table restaurant and hotel"
We had a fantastic experience at Rochdale Premier Inn and restaurant. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and I’d like to especially thank waitress Holly and Chef Anya for their delicious breakfast. Holly was polite and courteous and the food was cooked to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

"Shattered my expectations"
From booking to exiting a very poor performance shattering my expectations into tiny pieces, adding an additional room was not possible and went up £50 waiting for an answer. Arrived told no problem just get the key recoded in the morning
Room 118 smelt of mold was damp ill fitting carpet with edges cold damp.
Bathroom smelt old musty like a water escape over time.
Left in the morning asked fid sheet to be changed and reset my card got back in the evening key didn't work, back to reception opend my door sheet not cleaned or room touched. Back to reception got a sheet changed it myself took the blood escape one to reception.

Hotel description
A boomtown in the industrial revolution, Rochdale has plenty going for it nowadays too. So put yourself at the heart of it at Premier Inn Rochdale. You'll be a stone's throw from the fascinating Touchstones Museum, not to mention the Gracie Fields Theatre.
Stroll around Hollingworth Lake and stop for a bite to eat. Or get your teeth into some serious history at Ellen Road Engine House. Visit in June for the Annual Band Contest, or see a concert at Heaton Park. Then rest your eyes - and everything else - with our incredibly comfy beds and Premier Inn restaurant.
