Oldham Central hotel

Standard premier inn room, comfy bed and tv in room. Room was basic but had everything. On the floor I was staying on, a few rooms up were families who were living at the hotel, no disrespect to them, but they struggled to contain their noise, they would also leave smelly food rubbish from takeouts in the communal hallway. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast were friendly and attentive, however the young girl who was waiting in the restaurant in the evening, genuinely couldn’t care less. I even saw her roll my eyes at me when I asked for an extra glass of water, it wasn’t particularly busy and I don’t feel this was an unreasonable request. All in all I slept well and was fed, which in turn is all that was needed, but evening service in the restaurant was quite disappointing.

Great location for Co-op Live concerts, friendly reliable staff, rooms have everything we needed, clean everywhere we went, very little noise compared to some places we have stayed. Will use again for the next concert. Big shopping centre 2 minutes away with lots of takeaways and stores to explore.

We stayed in a recently opened Premier Inn plus room and it did not disappoint. It was a wonderful clean room with a comfortable bed & a modern walk on shower, would highly recommend. A free car park is available on site with plenty of spaces.

Went for the football so the location was perfect, staff were efficent and room was clean and tidy. Breakfast in the morning was excellent

This was as near as we could get to the centre of Oldham. We wanted to be on a bus route. The hotel was in a large open area next to Oldham AFC. Quiet despite the main road to Rochdale being close by. The hotel was the usual Premier Inn. Consistent quality and comfortable. No air conditioning in the rooms. Fortunately it has its own, air conditioned bar/restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff.
