"Top notch premier inn"
Arrived 9.23pm after a long journey. Asked if the restaurant was open and reception said it closed in 10 mins. We walked over and explained that we had been travelling and didn’t want to inconvenience them as they were due to close and asked if we could have something simple to take to the room. The friendly guy seated us and said it’s no problem at all he would cook us what we wanted. We opted for two pizzas. The chicken and mushroom pizza was absolutely amazing no frozen boxed meal. Made fresh and tasted sensational. Went up to our room, clean and tidy typical premier inn you get what you pay for. The bed was so comfortable, super nights sleep. Building work going on at the hotel but informed upon booking. Didn’t disturb us.
We even had a welcome box of Toffifee waiting in our room.

The location was ideal the rooms were perfect clean and tidy no problems at all the noise was amazing no problem with it slept like a baby and the staff were all amazing no problems and they treated us all with respect and I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend this place to everyone

Room had no toilet roll or trash bags in the room, had to buy toilet roll and go and keep asking for bags. Paid a meal deal only for the chef to talk to a staff member behind the kitchen and call me a “silly b**ch” after a complaint was made. Was promised a refund for the poor service by the customer team and then was called a liar multiple times and denied the previously promised refund for the meal deal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This was a kids birthday celebration and I paid around £260 to be disrespected and called a liar while being lied to.

Very reasonably priced. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was cooked fresh on order. The evening meal was really nice as well. The hotel was ideally located for where we were going. The staff were polite and friendly l. I would definitely recommend staying here.
