      "terrible experience poor management poor customer service basically non existent"
      looked clean until slept in the bed woke up covered in bed bug bites service was terrible very poor choice in food leaving us to go out and eat went with daughter and friends for a dance competition manager to busy to attend poor restaurant never again

      Zara greeted us with professionalism and charm, a great asset to the business. She helped us with our dinner arrangements and parking. My room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable, would definitely stay here again if visiting Oldham.

      The staff was absolutely amazing to work with. Natalie , Lara and other staff couldn’t be any more helpful. All members of the public was happy in there stay even though building work was underway due to brilliant management and leadership .

      Well what pleasant stay at the Oldham premier inn Very comfortable night and the staff were amazing especially Natalie the host at breakfast she was so polite friendly and a delightful attitude very hard working and nothing was a problem..

      Fantastic experience, all of the staff were lovely and very accommodating and welcoming, construction was going on but did not effect our stay, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, The breakfast was delicious. A massive thank you to all the staff for the fantastic hospitality :)
