Far from amenities, but quiet and peaceful surroundings, which could add value in mild weather conditions. + Comfy bed and pillow Free tea and coffee bags at reception Personnel willing to help Nice bathroom Peaceful and quiet - The heating plate is not enough for the room. The thermostat was switching off, so the heating plate could not reach the predefined temperature. Only when the bathroom door was shut, the situation was slightly better, but not satisfactory. My room was not cleaned during the 5 nights of my stay, nor were towels changed. I put the sign on the door, but there was also a need to inform reception, which I did not know at first. Too complicated procedure, days passed, and the result was not a clean room, and the same towels. When I came on the first day, one towel had grease spots.

We stayed here for a night before flying from Manchester airport. It got our trip off to a great start. The hotel is easy to find, on the outskirts of Wilmslow. There is free parking (although the car park gets busy due to the Hickories next door) We had a lovely meal in Hickories. Our room was comfy and it was easy to get to Manchester airport early the next morning. We had such a good experience that we have booked again for the night before our next holiday too.

Lovely location, near the town center, by the beautiful Lindow Common. Everything you need is there. Everything works, it is modern, clean, quiet. The staff super kind, polite, efficient and helpful with smile. It was a wonderful three nights stay.

Friendly staff and quick to help whenever needed. Great location for the airport. Room was great, and bed was comfy. Thank you to all reception staff.
