"Very hot"
Manchester west Didsbury hotel Premier Inn was the good standard as all the premier inn I’ve stayed at but it need to install air conditioning, it was unbearable in the summer.

"Easy quiet stay"
Good location, quiet (even with a room facing the main road and window open at night), unable to extend parking beyond the free period that extends to 12:00 on the day of check out, niot necessarily Premier Inn's fault, the car park is run by Horizon whose app didn't work and couldn't find the location of the their own carpark!
Don't bother with the breakfast roll, I found the bun dry and the pre-cooked bacon and egg filling mediocre at best. The area has loads of cafes nearby offering much better options.
Bizarrely the basin tap delivered hot water from the hot and cold?!

"Stay if you don’t like to sleep at nighttime"
Total disaster !!! Avoid !!!
I stayed in for two nights. I wasn’t able to sleep because of temperature in the room above 30.
Hotel doesn’t have aircondition and this is not mentioned on hotel’s website. Sleepless nights ruined my stay in Manchester.
This hotel should be closed in Summer

"Do NOT stay here during warm weather!"
We have stayed at this Premier Inn several times in the past but not in summer. It's basic but comfortable. But my most recent stay was awful because it was impossible to sleep much due to the heat of the room. It was absolutely roasting in there, from when we checked in at 9.30pm until we left about 10am the next day. We were advised that there was no air conditioning and were provided with a desk fan. However I still I woke up almost every hour being too hot and eventually got a headache from overheating. The air outside was much cooler but that cool air could not enter the room to cool it down because the window only opens a few cm. To top it off there was a winter duvet on the bed even though a heatwave had been going on for several days.

"Amazing girls!!"
What started as a fun family day out at Alton Towers quickly turned into one of the most stressful days we've had. On our journey home, our car broke down, leaving us stranded, exhausted and wondering what we were going to do next.
When the AA brought us to the Premier Inn, we were physically and emotionally drained. We never expected to be met with such incredible kindness.
Millie and her colleague (so sorry I cant remember your name you were amazing !! Especially with my daughter) welcomed us with genuine warmth, compassion and understanding from the moment we arrived. They didn't just do their jobs—they went above and beyond to make us feel safe, cared for and reassured during what had been a really upsetting and overwhelming day. Their kindness turned one of our worst travel experiences into something we'll always remember for the right reasons.
I can honestly say their customer service skills are unmatched. In all my years of travelling and staying in hotels, I have never experienced service like it. They are an absolute credit to Premier Inn, and the company should be incredibly proud to have people like them representing its brand.
To Millie and your colleague, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You showed us that genuine kindness still exists, and we'll never forget the care and compassion you showed us when we needed it most. Because of you, what could have ended as a terrible memory became one with a reminder that there are truly wonderful people in the world.
Five stars simply aren't enough. You really were our real life angels that day and myself and my daughter will be enternally greatful! Thank you again for everything ❤️
