"Premier Inn Trafford Centre West"
Premier Inn standards ensures you know what you get including a good nights sleep. Staff were very welcoming and willing to provide advice on best time for breakfast/meals to avoid dissapointment.
"One night in Manchester"
Had a meal in the social and served by Celio. Excellent service and went out of his way not just for us but all the customers who were having a meal. Really refreshing to see someone showing real passion in customer service
"Returning visit"
Another two night stay here. Stayed here whilst racing the Manchester half marathon. Check in simple, staff friendly. Couple of down sides this trip. First, there was a toenail inside the bedding. It didn’t cause an issue but it’s just unhygienic and wasn’t happy. Secondly, parking here is no longer free. A big pull for this hotel was always free parking. £3 a night isn’t much, as long as it stays like this and doesn’t continuously rise. Will be staying again here next time I’m the area.

Célio is fabulous, one of the most welcoming people I have ever met. I've stayed at the Trafford West site a few times over the past 6 months and he always remembers me and makes a point to say hello. He also makes the best passionfruit martinis! Thanks Célio! Heather.
"Friendly, clean but in need of some improvements"
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The outside didn’t look like the pictures on the website. It’s much shabbier and right on a main road. Car park had lots of spaces and was £3 per night, which I didn’t mind paying. Easy to walk to the Trafford Centre, it was about 5 mins (but across very busy roads). We also picked up the tram there into the city centre. The cooked breakfast was totally inedible! We tried it the first day and then stuck to packet cereal the second day.
