Manchester Trafford Centre West hotel

Our stay was fantastic. We arrived straight from the airport at around 7pm for an overnight stay before returning north to Glasgow. We checked in seamlessly and got into the room which was clean, comfortable and set up perfectly with an extra bed - as well are a family of 5. Had a drink and waited for half an hour for a table which wasn't an issue as we hadn't booked. When we did get a table we were served by Célio - what a guy! He explained the menu fully and thoroughly including meal and drink deals and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. He took the time to make sure we understood all options available to us and was brilliant with the kids, joking and chatting to them. He was exactly what we needed after a long day travelling with 3 young kids. I watched as he provided that level of attentiveness with all the guests in the restaurant. It has been a long time since I have seen someone so attentive and put in that level of effort when serving customers - he is amazing at his job and deserves recognition. The food was great and with the £16 meal deal - 2 courses and a drink - was extremely well priced! Célio even brought my son's teething toy up to our room when we left it in the restaurant by mistake - an absolute gentleman! Breakfast the next morning was great as well - seated straight away and a great selection of hot and cold food, cereals pastries etc. Checkout was easy and seamless with the key drop. We will definitely return to this Premier Inn, it's great!

Just amazing experience the staff were fantastic and the rooms were brilliant we had a bit of noise and they sorted It straight away!!! Also went to put a shout out to the amazing restaurant staff Nick, Ricardo and Abbie they were patient polite and kind even though busy and Ricardo remembered our order wow!!!!! Location is perfect right ear the Trafford centre, beds are super comfy and the atmosphere feels so warm and welcoming when you walk in, Easy check in service parking only £3 for 24hrs, don’t even get me started on the breakfast, it’s always so nice, tasty and fresh, 100% recommend to anyone

We stayed for one night whilst attending a football tournament at Old Trafford. There were 28 of us in total and we had pre booked the restaurant and given our food orders. They catered for us so well and the food was fab! Portions were huge! Special mention to the amazing waiter Celio who needs to be poached by a top Manchester restaurant! Rooms were lovely, very clean and beds were very comfy as always. I think the hotel had had some previous issues of noisy children attending the football but all was quiet for us and our children were complimented by the staff. 😃

Haven't stayed here in many years and delighted that it's still an excellent value stay - the room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious and the staff are brilliant. The breakfast manager especially was so nice and helpful. Some of the decor needs a bit of TLC but that wouldn't stop us from returning. A well managed hotel that gets the basics right. Well done.
