"One night in Manchester"
Had a meal in the social and served by Celio. Excellent service and went out of his way not just for us but all the customers who were having a meal. Really refreshing to see someone showing real passion in customer service
"Returning visit"
Another two night stay here. Stayed here whilst racing the Manchester half marathon. Check in simple, staff friendly. Couple of down sides this trip. First, there was a toenail inside the bedding. It didn’t cause an issue but it’s just unhygienic and wasn’t happy. Secondly, parking here is no longer free. A big pull for this hotel was always free parking. £3 a night isn’t much, as long as it stays like this and doesn’t continuously rise. Will be staying again here next time I’m the area.

Célio is fabulous, one of the most welcoming people I have ever met. I've stayed at the Trafford West site a few times over the past 6 months and he always remembers me and makes a point to say hello. He also makes the best passionfruit martinis! Thanks Célio! Heather.
"Great service"
I received such a high level of service from my waiter, Céclio, that I had to write a review. The food deal was excellent as well, allowing me to save on a starter and main course. Céclio’s professionalism and attention to detail were on par with what I’d expect in a high-end restaurant. He made my experience memorable by delivering exactly what was needed, nothing more, nothing less, with genuine care and precision. Highly recommended!
"Worth booking meal deal. Warm friendly staff clean hotel"
We’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this visit was exceptional from Arrival to checkout! The staff at arrival,(bar) polite, friendly helpful! Celio in the restaurant Saturday evening was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much and he explained everything in a calm polite way! Lovely person. Staff at Breakfast were also friendly and helpful! They worked well as a unit, clearing tables, tidying around, topping up tea, coffee etc. will definitely stay again.
