"Great customer service"
I'd want to thank Celio for going above and beyond to ensure that our dinner experience was exceptional. His sincere welcome and excellent service made all the difference." "Our server, Celio, was just fantastic. He understood the cuisine, made excellent suggestions, and valued guest comments.
"Another great stay at this hotel. The relaxed atmosphere is felt as you walk through the doors."
Great hotel. This was our second visit and I have no doubts that we will return. The accessible room with wet room was a good size and had everything I needed. The other two rooms were really good too. Food was good and we had a great server called Celio, he was very busy in the restaurant but made sure that every table had full attention.

"Great stay"
Great hotel. We were a bit worried as room we were allocated was situated right next to the lift and thought we’d be kept awake all night with the noise but room was really quiet and it didn’t bother us at all. Air con was welcome in the current temperatures! Room extremely clean and spacious. Only downside was the WiFi connection was really poor at the hotel. Parking spaces were plentiful at the hotel, because we had booked in advance we got it free, however the price of £3 for 24 hours would have been reasonable. Bar was really good and offers were appealing. 2 cocktails for £12.50 which were really nice. Nice chilled out vibe in the bar too with a nice mix of people. We’d prebooked breakfast before our stay, when we arrived at breakfast there was a large queue, despite rebooking we had to wait for people to decide what they want and pay before we were seated which we felt was poor service. Breakfast area was very busy, a lot of rude people barging past and piling up plates of food like they were going to run out.
"Hotel calls in to question for me ?"
i stayed at the hotel on Monday to Tuesday morning, the hotel stay was £74.00 when i arrived. checked the hotel team advised me that we cant cut key cards. they provied me with an emergency key for 363 and the staff demand i must being it back in the morning of whch found very poor . up on going up to the room of 363 didnt see any major issues. becuase of the being along day and traveling feel a sleep. up on noticing marks all over the bed and bits inside the bed too. following morning be checking out decied to go and get a shower whie using the bath i notice an large amount of stain the sink and stuff in the bath room also. i found this off putting has i have ocd. up not being able to attend the personal hyg and feeling dirty went down stairs to speak with hotel manager. up on speaking the member of staff who advised me she was the duty manager. i requested to speak with hotel manager of which this got declined. up on riseing the issue the duty manager wasnt bothered in my view , even when i told her about not being able to get shower and attend to my person hyg no offer to be put in to a different room it was stll approx 30 mins before check out. the duty manager over all made the problrem more complex than it was . i offered to share the imaage with the hotel they didnt want them. there was no sorry for what happened, i had to ask for guest realtions detaisl it wasnt provied to me at the time of rising the issues also. it was disgusting . the experience left me questioning would i every stay in permier inn again ?
