Manchester Trafford Centre West hotel

Really nice place with really nice facilities, with even better staff. I want to mention Celio he took care of me, my mum and my nan both nights in the restaurant and made the experience so much better. He made us laugh, shared info that very interesting and just made it such a better environment to be in rather than a normal restaurant. My Nans steak was a bit cold and he ensured us that a new one would be made and felt terrible (which he shouldn’t have) and sure enough there was a fresh one made. I write 2 notes on napkins expressing my own and my family’s appreciation with some tips as well. He was brilliant. The restaurant was also really nice and the food was next to none, very good, the steak being cold is not to take ANYTHING off of this place it is ideal for any family or occasion that just had that one off moment that is completely normal. Thank you guys for our stay and thank you Celio if only we didn’t live 3.5 hours away we would come back to see you every weekend!

The rooms were clean and basic, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a lovely meal in the hotel tonight and the food was delicious — we all had clean plates afterwards! If you have booked breakfast, you also get a great deal on dinner, which was explained to us really well by our server, Celio. Celio made us feel very welcome in the restaurant. He was professional, friendly and explained everything clearly, with a lovely manner. It was also my daughter’s birthday, and Celio kindly gave her a gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for a lovely stay and for making our experience so enjoyable!

Had a brilliant time at the hotel when we were in it for breakfast & dinner. Massive shout out to to Célio who worked at the restaurant/bar. Looked after us on both nights & is a jewel in the Premier Inn’s workforce. Attention to detail & knew everything with the various meal offers. Folk have a go when things don’t work out & review things as they see, only fitting the same happens when the service was great. ‘ venha para Portugal’

We arrived at 9:30pm after a long drive to be told our room wasn't ready. We're left standing at reception with our children for 20 mins with no explanation from staff as to what the issue was. It was clear from overheard conversations with other guests that we were not the only ones with this issue. 2 staff members trying to deal with many guests. When we got in our room it wasn't particularly clean. Vents and air con unit thick with dust. Only 1 working toaster at breakfast and lack of hot options resulting in huge queues. Overall impression is this place is very short staffed and unable to cope with the amount of guests booked in
