Manchester Trafford Centre West hotel

Excellent location, loved the meal in the restaurant and fantastic service from Celio our waiter.

First the negatives. As I have written before I do NOT like self service check in. soulless and purely for the benefit of Premier Inn…certainly not the workforce or the customer. Just because a thing is possible to do it doesn’t mean that it is wise to actually implement it. Self service in a supermarket is bad enough but in a hotel? No No No. And now you have started charging £3 a night for the car park. Again No No No! And you are still using h your voucher system for wifi….will you ever learn that this is ridiculous and frustrating? The Positives….your staff members Amar and Julia. Excellent service and a huge credit to your company. They could see I was frustrated with the stupid self service check in machines and immediately came to my aid. I expressed my displeasure at the recently implemented car park charge and they sympathised. You should be investing in great staff like this NOT in machines. Please thank them for their help and patience.

We went to trafford centre west premier inn it was fantastic best premier we have been to so far staff were all lovely especially celio on arrival Very modern, breakfast was really nice, fully staffed which ment breakfast was stocked up quick as there were loads of people Rooms were cosy clean and we had a good nights sleep as the bed was comfy 10 out of 10 thank you

Tonight’s stay deserves some feedback as the service and food had definitely stepped up a gear. I have previously experienced the service being a bit hit and miss at times depending on how busy they are but tonight Julia B was flawless in her service delivery and did not stop in getting her customers sorted. Her team members worked perfectly with her too which created great service. The chefs had also clearly put some effort into the Makhani curry as it was tastier and hotter (which I prefer) with fresh chillies in. Have stayed at other premier inns that clearly just heat the curry up in the microwave but this team bother to make some effort to provide you decent food. Well done to those who were on shift tonight (22nd April). I hope you receive the praise you deserve.

Stayed in the premier plus and worth the upgrade! The food was made fast without lacking quality! Very lovely experience and a clear go to when in the outskirts of the city.
