Manchester Trafford Centre West hotel

Booked this hotel as was half the price of Manchester airport hotels and is only 15 minute drive. Very clean would recommend as an alternative to airport hotels.

The one thing letting down this hotel is the car park where my sons car was wilfully damaged by some ones boot. We stayed there for two nights travelling over 230 miles to attend my fathers funeral Friday 22nd May. The car park does not belong to the hotel but there have been reports of other cars being damaged including disabled bay cars. Some thing that Premier inn does not tell you about. Beware!!!!!!! Hotel is nice and staff are lovely by the way its just uncontrolled vandalism.

We stayed at Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre West and found it to be in a great location, especially for visiting the Trafford Centre, which was only around a 4–5 minute walk away. Although the shopping centre is across a very busy main road, there’s a pedestrian crossing nearby and if you walk through the Marks & Spencer Food Hall entrance it takes you straight into the mall, which was really handy. There are also bus stops right outside the hotel with easy access into Manchester city centre, which made getting around really convenient. Another bonus was having the indoor snow ski centre next door, which was great to see and added to the area. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and comfortable, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff were fine, although a couple came across a little frosty at times and seemed annoyed that I was ordering food, but nothing that spoiled the trip. Despite that, the location and cleanliness made it a great base and I would happily stay there again.

Stayed here many times but standards have slipped with the exception of the reception staff. Evening meal fish and chips were cremated, at breakfast my order for poached eggs was not relayed to the kitchen.( Weatherspoons now discovered within 5 minute walk) As I was staying for 5 nights I asked reception to get housekeeping to clean my room - not done so reception again applied for a clean with a strongly worded request - NOT DONE AGAIN even though Premier get you to put a notice on your door.

Excellent room and facilities. Staff very helpfull especially Celio in The Social. I would say one of the best Premier Inns I have been to out of quite a few.
