Manchester Trafford Centre West hotel

I wanted to leave a special mention for Celio at Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre West. He is absolutely amazing and genuinely couldn’t ask for a better waiter. Every time I stay here, Celio is so attentive, polite and welcoming. He remembers you from previous visits, which is such a lovely personal touch, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble for him. He is always friendly, professional and goes out of his way to make sure you’re looked after. He really does make a difference to the experience of staying here and is an absolute credit to the team. Thank you, Celio. You’re fabulous!

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel for a birthday money shopping spree treat for the kids. It’s different to any other premier inn we’ve stayed in. The lounge area, check in , food were all better than any other we’ve been to… What made this really special was Celio our waiter. We only intended to eat at the hotel on night 1 (we figured the Trafford centre would be better to eat) but after being looked after by Celio on night 1 we decided to eat at the hotel on night 2. His level of service was so good the kids (of all the places they could have chosen) chose the hotel. He worked hard, explained how the menu, pricing worked, refreshed our drinks before we finished, didn’t leave anybody waiting, checked in with us regularly, explained how long the food would be asked if we needed anything every time he passed and left us feeling like we had had a personal waiter to look after us…He did it with everybody he looked after. The level of service we got made such a difference and was an added bonus to our stay. Thanks Celio, you’re a shining example in your profession!

Good value meal and excellent service from Celio who was very considerate and friendly.

Typical Premier Inn...you know what you get and no nasty surprises. Staff were helpful on checking in. Celio in the restaurant was extremely helpful and efficient. Restaurant is also part of the physical hotel and not a neighbouring building. Parking is chargeable but not expensive. Under 10 minutes to walk to the Trafford Centre.

Another brilliant stay. This time only for one night on our way further down south. But we love staying here, rooms and hotel spotless. Nice bar area and although we didn't eat in this time, having done so before nice restaurant. Location is fabulous 5minute stroll to the excellent Trafford center that has everything U need. Absolutely great will be back again
