      "Awful"
By far the worst Premiere Inn I have ever stayed in. Extremely dirty and tired with hairs in the bed. The carpet in the restaurant was unbelievably sticky and the man sat eating breakfast bare foot was somewhat off putting. Staff were pleasant enough but the hotel is very dirty and smells bad.
"Great Location for the Trafford Centre"
The location is amazing. It is a 5 minute (or less) walk to the Trafford Centre, along a busy road opposite the centre. We stayed as a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 &6. There is plenty of parking outside. The building looks a little tired from the outside. Inside the restaurant/bar is comfortable and cosy and the food is decent quality for the price. The staff in all areas of the hotel without exception were lovely - they create a lovely homely, welcoming atmosphere, Our room wasn’t massive but it was very clean. The children had a comfy sofa bed and a pull out bed to sleep on, so separate beds for them, which was great. It was 30 degrees plus outside during our stay and we were provided with a fan. In the room which was helpful. The room was very warm but was shaded at the back of the building so we were comfortable, as we could leave the window open. There was no noise in the hotel at night time. We all slept very well. The rooms are basic but the price reflects this e.g. we were provided with towels but no flannels, and there was no safe in the room. However these were minor things and we really enjoyed our stay.
      "AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
AVOID AT ALL COSTS This hotel is nothing like the pictures. It is so rundown and filthy. Myself and four colleagues had to check out and into another hotel as everyone’s room was disgusting. Where to start! First you are hit with the smell as you enter, the hotel stinks like an old pub. My room looked like it had already been slept in (see picture) and had blood on quilt, marks on the bedding, what I can only imagine is snot on the carpet and generally stains and filth everywhere. The receptionist changed the bedding but the second set was just as bad with hairs and stains. He couldn’t even find me a clean quilt so I had to sleep on top of the bed without bedding. Breakfast is served the adjoining pub which is disgusting. You literally stick to the carpet and flooring. One gentleman was allowed to attend breakfast barefoot and wonder around the buffet. If I could get zero stars I could. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
      "nice hotel near trafford centre"
Lovely little hotel walking distance from Trafford Centre. Receptionists seem to always be doing things to keep the kids entertained. Resteraunt team are nice as well. Breakfast is plated but you can order as much as you like, would reccomend to stay here if you like more intimate premier inns rather than big busy ones.
      "Brilliant hotel"
Excellent service from Rochelle and Lucy. This is my second visit at Premier Inn. I always love coming back here because the staff are so lovely and accommodating. The hotel is also only a 5 min walk from the Trafford centre which is great! The food in the restaurant was lovely and great value for price- will definitely be back again!
