Manchester Trafford Centre North hotel

Beware there are 2 Premier Inns in very close proximity- this is NOT the nice big modern one!!! I didn’t realise when I was browsing online checking reviews and I ended up booking this very old and tiered neglected place. The corridors are filthy with dirt, dust and food crumbs it honestly must never ever get cleaned. I didn’t want my room cleaned after using sanitising wipes to clean it myself ( I nearly threw up when I saw some of the dirt I collected off skirting boards and the shower floor - I do this since having a kid with me at hotels and never seen anything like this), the receptionist huffed when I asked for only the towels to be changed and loo roll topped up. The restaurant is basically an old tired looking pub with service quality that differs each night and being alone with a 5 year old every bit of customer service counts. The walls had lots of chipped paint and outside the window was lots of weed overgrowth and no airflow during a heat wave. This was my only personal holiday in six years and I was expecting competitor’s standards at the very minimum. This is my first and last ever stay at a Premier Inn I cannot tell you how disappointed I was after years of seeing their nice looking commercials.

We regularly come here for the breakfast and always have a great experience. There's a good selection of pastries, including warm croissants and pain au chocolat, which are always fresh and delicious. The full English breakfast is ordered from the waiting staff and is served quickly, with everything cooked to order. We usually visit when Selena is working, and she's always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Great food and excellent service every time. Highly recommended!
