"Highly recommended"
Real nice balance between pricing and standards, I would recommend this for business travels.

"Great breakfast"
Came into the restaurant for breakfast. Staff were on hand to help and advise the process of continental options and how to order a freshly cooked breakfast.
Food was hot and fresh and lots to choose from.

"Premier inn Trafford Centre"
Not really good. The room felt that it had not been cleaned the quilt was over the pillows which is not was were are use to with premier inns who we use a lot. Lack of tea.coffee. Milk not been filled up. Room was so hot hardly got any sleep tried to have the fan on but that sounded like an aeroplane starting up. I don't feel the price reflexes the service we received but thankfully we have had so many good experiences elsewhere with Premier inn. I would not recommend this one to anyone we were made the feel we were an inconvenience to the staff. Breakfast was the best thing of the stay and the waitress was spot on nothing was too much trouble for her but unfortunately it was a little to late to make the experience of this inn anything but a disappointment.

"Hot"
Stayed for one night to break a journey up. Check in was easy and fast. Hotel looks rather grotty on the outside and inside wasn’t much better. Over due a refurbish I think. A/C wasn’t working but there was a fan on the desk which did a good job of blowing the hot air around. Awful night sleep, so hot. Bathrooms on last legs and water pressure non existent. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order next door and even came with complimentary hairs with it. Stay across the road at the other premier inn if you have a choice.

"Overall good stay"
My friend and I had a lovely two night stay. We like the location, close to The Trafford Centre, close to the motorway and close to a tram stop for getting into central Manchester without using the car and paying a fortune to park it.
Our room was a standard twin room. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities we expected. This Premier Inn is an older building so there's no air con, we had a fan in the room and a window we could open - which was fine by us. We love an opening window.
The location close to The Trafford Centre was very handy for a bit of shopping. It's a bit of a maze trying to find your way across all the lanes of road but once you do it's all good.
We did the meal deal to keep costs down. The restaurant was very quiet, the staff were very attentive and the food was basic but passible.
Our meal on the first night was cooked well and just what you'd expect for the price you pay in terms of quality.
The cooked breakfast is cooked to order at this hotel, and across the two days there was a vast difference in the quality of the cooking. On the first morning the bacon and hash browns were very overcooked. Strangely with our meal that night my Chicken Goujons for my starter were also massively overcooked. I thought I was going to break my teeth the coating was so hard!
With the breakfast on the second morning it was cooked much better. The bacon is really thin - too thin in my opinion - but it was much more palatable on the second morning because it wasn't cooked to a crisp. My biggest complaint with breakfast would be that the crusts on the bread had gone hard - same on both mornings - which tells you how long it must have been sat there. They could do with just putting s bit out and topping up as needed rather than having slices of bread sat out for hours going stale. They also have the old style toasters, rather than the toasting machines, which take an age to toast the bread.
That aside staff in the restaurant were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.The staff member who greeted us on check in was also very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the view from our room of The Trafford Centre, and the comfy beds. We can;t fault the sleep with those beds.
