"Don't go in hot weather"
Would not return to this Premier Inn in hot weather. There is no AC which is fine and is clearly advertised, but they state they provide a fan. They do, but it is not fit for humans use. It was absolutely caked in dust throughout the fan. You can't even remove it from the room to swap at reception, nor can you take it apart to clean it yourself. Absolutely disgusting.
Raised this as an issue, to which they stated they would refund me partially. They did but I never received the money, but as it has cleared on their end, there is now nothing they are willing to help with.

"Cheap, clean hotel stay near Trafford Centre."
The hotel is in a great location for access to the Trafford Centre and transport into Manchester Central. Is the cheaper of the two Premier Inns on that stretch of road so we knew it would be an older style inside and probably in need of TLC. Overall it was not too bad actually. The hotel and room were clean, beds comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our short stay. The room was a bit too hot, despite the cold temperature outside and heating being off, but we were provided with two fans to help with a better night sleep. The staff were welcoming but we didn't interact with them much. If you want a cheap stay in Manchester in a great location I'd recommend this hotel.

I had an emergency when my windscreen was hit by a stone and cracked open. I pulled into the car park and went to the lobby asking if I could sit there whilst I rang my insurance. Anna at the front desk was so kind, she made sure I wouldn’t be charged for parking there and she got me a drink. I really appreciate her kindness in a stressful situation, thank you!

"Won't stay again"
The closure of the attached 'Table table' restaurant chain has left this inn really struggling. Have stayed 3 nights and each night there are a lot of the items on the menu that are not available. The bar was not much better with no gas so only bottles available. Staff are trying hard to make up for it and friendly. Just has the feeling of a failing, tired establishment that is past its best.

"Can't cook!"
Awful, no chef so breakfast was an absolute shambles, as person stepping in didn't know how to cook scrambled eggs, so did something in the microwave which resembled a messed up omelette! Forgot hash browns I had to go chasing around looking for staff to tell,.no pancakes,
