"Very Good Stay"
Very hot and window only opened very slightly due to bars on the outside. There was no aircon however fans were supplied.
No plug point beside the bed which was a problem to us as we needed to plug in a medical device. Becky and Marcy went above and beyond in trying to solve the issue. When they were unable to find an extension lead, they actually went out and purchased one for us! Service beyond expectation, so appreciated their help in sorting a stressful situation! Thank you!

"Heatwave experience"
Me and my boyfriend went during the heatwave and i think her name was becky was amazing, she brought us extra fans, ice, cold water, ice lollies everything, she made sure we had everything we needed to help with the heat and still have a good experience it was lovely.

"Great value in convenient location for drivers"
The location was convenient and easily accessed by road with plenty of parking. Not so good for public transport though.
Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts at the Greene King restaurant next door were exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed.
