"Not a bad thing to say!"
We stayed here as I was having surgery at Oaklands hospital just around the corner. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the atmosphere was quiet, hardly knew there were other guests there. Didn’t eat at the pub sadly as my surgery did not allow for that, but it was a lovely stay, would deffo use this hotel again.

"Awful aggressive employee"
Had a really poor experience at the hotel recently. The night member of staff was so aggressive and chucking his weight around for no reason. He was tall and thought he can intimidate young children.
Was walking to our rooms and he randomly approaches 9 year old children and asked them what’s the issue. I get they can be loud there children but there is a way to approach kids. Ruined our whole experience. When this was reported was told there is no record. Just shows there is no care.

I normally stay at prestwich however I have stayed here before. Smaller premier inn but staff were amazing on this trip nothing was too much hassle and I also seen the manager who at Prestwich so no surprise the service is good. Room was clean and nothing was too much trouble when I asked for a new towel straight away given to me. Thank you.

"Fabulous stay"
Great location for cental Manchester only a short drive away from the arenas (around 15 mins) and the price is so much cheaper than the hotels in the cente. Rooms are clean, tidy and plenty of room. A lovely pub right next door with lovely food. The staff on reception are fabulous, very friendly and happy to accommodate any requests. Would definitely stay again!

"Never again!"
The room offered was not up to scratch - We paid extra for a room WHICH wasn't ready when we arrived! We were then showed into a room WHICH needed a good clean - there was a burn mark which had been made by an iron! And the tv wasn't up to much.
We stayed that night as were exhausted!
Next day we weren't happy and told the girl at reception - she showed us another room which was warm and very good. When we packed to go to that room we were diverted to another room, which was further away and downstairs we carted our stuff to there. Worse still the bed smelt of smoke - someone had been smoking in there.
We checked out next day!
The location was good, although it was next to a pub - which closed at
10 o'clock pm!!!I
We would not go back!!
