    "All you need for a great stay"
    Helpful staff clean room great breakfasts and restaurant all you need for a great stay free car parking on site You need to put your reg on the screen when booking in
    "I would not recommend this hotel!"
    I would not recommend this hotel! The location was great and the free parking was appreciated BUT the humidity in the room was absolutely unbearable!!!! It make me feel unwell and I didn't sleep. The hotel badly needs aircon or better fans.
    "It’s a mixed experience"
    We stay in this hotel often as it is close to family. It’s very clean and generally quiet and there’s plenty of parking so it works for us. Staff are friendly on the whole and a shout out to Leon in the “restaurant” especially. We stayed here two nights ago and it was awful. The heat in the room was unbearable at 28 and only 16 outside by 1pm. Night staff were fed up of the complaints and so were rude when we said we couldn’t sleep. We went for a walk to cool down and had cold showers before finally falling asleep. Because you know when you book that there’s no AC, the Good Night Guarantee doesn’t apply when you’re offered a stifling room and then can’t sleep. We will come back to this hotel in the autumn because it works for us but will never again stay during the warmer summer months because it was a truely awful experience.
    "Not to be repeated!"
    I have not been invited to review this hotel after my stay and not surprised. Will not be going back. My room had a permanent smell of drains. There was no lift. The breakfast was awful. I waited 10 mins to be seated and had to walk out before even finding a seat. It was like a “bun fight”. Kids running wild, no hot water, no milk surfaces full of spillages and little or no choice of continental breakfast. Fortunately I had not pre paid. Had to use the snack machine at rip off prices! £1.70 for a small twix and £2.70 for a small bottle of water! Bed was acceptable, shower over bath and bed ok.
    "Wont stay here again"
    I have already made a complaint to customer services about the heat in our room . Im quite aware the hotel has no aircon as we have stayed many times before. This time is was not hot outside and hadnt been for a while 18 outside yet our roomwas 26.5 ,I complained to reception who said sorry but nothing they could do about it ,we had 2 terrible nights sleep and had to borrow a fan from a relative we were visiting. Iam very angry Premier Inn have not upheld their Gurantee Good nights sleep or money back abd did nothing to make our stay more comfortable .
