Lovely place. Easy to get to location. Clean and quiet room, nice staff. We arrived late at night and male NTM was just perfect, quick check in and a smile.
Comfortable bed, great hot breakfast and Leon was attentive and friendly. (perfect person to see when you just woke up and have no clue what’s going on). Overall great experience.

England is globally known as a country with people that match its weather. Sometimes cold and not always very pleasant. But is those special and not very common people that stand out from the crowd that make such a difference! Especially in the hospitality industry!
One persone that truly stood out for us was Leon, our host from the restaurant inside the hotel. Such a warm, friendly, caring and hospitable guy. Truly going above and beyond with his service and charisma. Honestly Leo should be put in a higher management position as for how good he does his job.
At the end, on anyone’s travel memories, it’s not much about the location, is about the People!

Outstanding customer service, so polite and attentive with the best interest of the customer at the forefront of everything from the two members of staff that looked after us, Sara and Leon. Probably the best customer service I have had at a premier inn and I have stayed at a lot of them.
