    "Not so great start to our holiday… apart from local pubs reccommendation …..,"
    Arrival greeting lovely, requested info on food at pub and was told limited menu as the chef was from another location and couldn’t cook, however great information on the local pub ‘the Plough’ which was amazing… “premier Inn your missing out”… upon our return at 9.50pm popped into pub for night cap…. Told we close in 5 minutes….. no offer of serving to take to your room …. Where is the customer service!! Not even going to mention experience with vending machine…. TV not working in room … reported to reception who explained couldn’t come in room whilst we were there…. However expectable for my husband to stand in the corridor in a bath towel whilst the tv was looked at…. Apart from that .. ok

    Positives were a friendly check-in, clean pretty modern room and cheap price for one night and a decent location for the airport. The main negative was the room temperature, despite outside only being around 16c outside the room was so HOT!.. Also there was no hot food available in the resaturant next door (premier inn had attempted to contact us about this)

    Great stay at Premier inn Sale - perfect location for rugby - clean friendly hotel - breakfast was lovely and thanks to staff member Leon.

    We always pay for breakfast, I'm diabetic and it's part of my routine. At check in we were told that there is no chef so no dinner or breakfast. The room was basically a sauna. I'd say they have had air con as the control box is still there, slightly confusing, the window only opens 3 inches. The bed was smaller than generally. We paid for ultimate WiFi but the access didn't work. A very unpleasant stay indeed.

    Just back from 2 nights at this premier inn and couldn't fault our stay. Room was very clean, decent size and beds comfy. We didn't find it too hot but this one does have a window you can open. Free parking was great and really good location, park and ride, Trafford centre and media city all within 10 mins by car. Breakfast was great, special shout out to Leon who was there both days (my son Dylan thought he was great and said he deserves 5 stars!) Loved our trip and would definitely go back.
