"Great stay, great staff"
Best Premier Inn experience I’ve had. Staff were excellent - especially Leon & Sara who went above & beyond to look after us. I liked having the onsite bar & restaurant. Meal deal is great value. But bring back lemonade!! Room was clean, comfortable & well equipped.

"I wouldn't recommend"
When I arrived, the receptionist was there like, he doesn't want to be there. I had to double-check the parking, as he wouldn't even mention it. I had to ask where the restaurant is as well. The room was terrible, the curtains had holes, and they were not fixed properly. The room temperature wasn't on display, so it looks like it wasn't working. The corridors were dirty. The bed was made like it couldn't be bothered. I really expected a bit more from Premier Inn as I have stayed in Premier Inn in different locations, but this one was very third-class. I wasn't really happy. I will be sending a direct email as well, as I wasn't overall happy.
I also had breakfast and evening meal booked for two nights. Breakfast was ok, the evening meal was not nice. Didn't taste fresh. I had garlic bread that tasted very old and dry, and the ravioli were only warmish and so oily. The following night I had fish and chips... the fish was disgusting, like from the packet, made in the oven, so dry and tasteless...I had to leave it as I couldn't eat it in the end.

Allison and Sara were great. Made me feel welcome. Would visit again next time I’m in Manchester.
