A great place to recommend, it is very cozy and welcoming, the staff are outstanding for their excellent customer service, and personally, after having a bad experience with our trip, getting to Prestwich from Spain, I really appreciated their empathy and kindness during our 4-day stay.

The mattress cover was disgusting, had to change it.
Homeless drunk staying in the hotel.

"Basic hotel but good"
This was a second or third stay at this hotel for a work reunion in Prestwich. The hotel is in a good location for where we were going and to / from Manchester and the motorway. It’s fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and efficient. It could do with a bit of a revamp but can’t complain. Price was very good value. The outside area isn’t great and has deteriorated over the years with the restaurant next door looking closed and shut down. Overall though, if you just need a bed for a night it is absolutely fine .

I stayed with a group of 15 at Premier Inn, Prestwich for 7 days. Ashley and Melissa in the restaurant were super nice, friendly and always got our orders to us promptly with excellent service. Chanelle at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed each day. We really enjoyed our stay. Ashley, especially made each day in the restaurant fun with her sense of humor and she took great care of us. The motel did not have AC and during our entire stay, it was 80° to 90°, which was very unusual weather for Manchester, so the rooms were HOT, even thought they provided fans. Other than that, the stay and motel was excellent
