"Excellent Premier inn Prestwich"

This Hotel is perfectly positioned off the motorway , Covid procedures are in place and was handled perfectly by all the staff. staff very helpful and accommodating ,would highly recommend this Premier Inn. Manchester City Centre is a 10 min drive and Trafford Centre is a 15 mins drive . a great location

"Attentive staff"

Clean rooms, friendly staff but unfortunately a very lumpy well used mattress, leaving me with back ache. I stay in at least 2 premier inns each week. I reported this to the reception and they wrote down the room number and apologised.

"Excellent Service"

We stayed there as a family and we were really well looked after. They staff treated the kids like they were guests of honour in the hotel! It was a lovely stay and I was really impressed at their service - my daughter cut her leg and was promptly looked after with care and a bandaid. We would really recommend this hotel.

"Poor customer sevice and was cold"

Rooms were cold heating was not working... heating shuts off at 23 degrees leaving the room cold no heating in bathrooms...also one of the staff member was rude and did not want to microwave me and my children food.

"Consistently Good Budget Hotel"

We have stayed here on many occasions for a one night stop over. Located very close to M60 but quiet in side hotel, with plenty of parking. Always very clean, comfy bed and quality pillows. It offers breakfast (including great poached eggs) on site and there is a TGI in next building. Staff always very efficient & friendly.
