"Great family stay"
The lady who checked us was very helpful. We are in the restaurant for tea and breakfast and the service was exceptional, catered for our allergies and food was really good. We were a group of 10 with 3 rooms and we had a great stay. Thank you

"Ignore the boarded-up building next door!"
More than three years since our last visit. The next-door TGI Fridays has now closed down and been boarded up, so the site all looks a bit derelict, but that's not Premier Inn's fault. The room and breakfast are average Premier Inn standard, though it's a nice bonus that you can order cooked breakfasts to order (so runny eggs really are runny!). But as on our last visit, it's the staff that make the difference here: friendly, efficient, and genuinely happy to make an effort to make your stay a pleasant one. Oh, and it's a great location if you need to jump on a motorway and travel anywhere during your stay.

"good night's sleep at Premier Inn"
clean and comfortable, good shower. Unfortunately the old TGI Friday building next door is dilapidated and an eyesore but this is outside the control of Prem Inn

"Amazing hotel manager"
Just come back from a stay at Premier Inn after visiting family. I had a fantastic experience staying at this Premier Inn. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable and well looked after, but what really stood out was the hotel manager, Joe.
He was incredibly professional, friendly and approachable throughout our stay. It was clear that he genuinely cares about the guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and well looked after. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for him, and he was always willing to help wherever he could.
It’s refreshing to see a manager who is so hands-on and genuinely invested in providing a great experience for his guests. His professionalism and dedication really made a difference to my stay and deserve to be recognised.
A huge credit to the hotel and to Premier Inn.

"Decent value for money- good service"
Once you get past the run down TGI Fridays it doesn't look too bad. The service was excellent (thank you Melissa)
The second bed for my son in the family room wasn't great though. And the toilet flush required a certain technique. Breakfast was pretty decent (good for hungry teenagers).
You dont go there for the views though (we had a pylon and skip outside our window)
