Manchester (Prestwich) hotel

We stayed for breakfast here, the breakfast was hot and well cooked, poached eggs made to order abd were perfect. The atmosphere was great. The staff were friendly. Toilet was lovely and clean. We will be back .

The entrance via the former TF Fridays, looks like a war zone, with a full skip half across the road, glass on road I was thinking have a I git the right venue, swing around the corner and it still is very shabby outside. Staff were lovley though and helpful.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel on business - I must have stayed there 50 times in the last 6-7 years. My stay was mid-June 2026. The hotel was filthy, outside and inside, particularly the entrance, the reception, the lift, the stairwells and the corridors. The first room I was given I had to reject - it absolutely stunk. The second room was better, but also not particularly clean. The shower curtain was grubby, the bathroom fairly run down. On departure, early morning, I noticed the corridor I was staying on had a most terrible smell. I was very happy to check-out. Despite the booking costing me £127 for 2 nights, I did raise a complaint with Guest Relations ( WHB-3158175-V4V8 ) and was offered a refund of just £12. I think this says it all about how Premier Inn treat customers in Prestwich. Don't expect cleanliness if you stay.

A great place to recommend, it is very cozy and welcoming, the staff are outstanding for their excellent customer service, and personally, after having a bad experience with our trip, getting to Prestwich from Spain, I really appreciated their empathy and kindness during our 4-day stay.
