Great location, friendly, rooms are a good size, clean, shops plenty of places to eat nearby. Next to the canal which is a nice walk

Perfect location just outside the city centre, staff friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival with the usual very comfortable bed. Breakfast good value with everything you would want available.
"Premier inn with awful staff"
Arrived here after a long drive and was checked in quickly. From this point it was all downhill. Got into my room and had no towels, musty smelling bathroom and blood stains on the pillow. Asked for this to be cleaned or another room to be told no rooms available and would send someone to change pillows - still waiting! Thankfully there is more pillows I can use but not the point. Went to try and get something to eat from the restaurant at 1915hrs and walked in to a half full restaurant with plenty of empty tables and got an abrupt “nothing until 1945” before I even had a chance to open my mouth. So I just told her no thanks and walked away. I’ve never had an issues with premier inn until now and I will never return to this one either. I’ve no idea what is in the water but every staff member is so rude and sour faced it’s just makes for a terrible experience. Given its location sadly it takes in the cash but staff need training on how to meet and greet people. Maybe it’s just a Manx thing??

Fab location and staff. Aimeet in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you! No noise at night and great atmosphere. Highly would Recommend.
