"Yearly vist"
No hassle great value stay here every year before our holidays as not too far from airport...... don't know what else to say for the 100 characters
"Disappointing as we booked Premier Plus room, not worth the extra money"
We booked a premier plus room which was £15 p/n more than a standard room. The fridge wasn’t secured into the cupboard, water came out of the bottom and it didn’t keep anything cold! The enhanced desk had a very worn chair and the edge of the desk had a chip in it, the vanity stool was the same, we were by the main road which was noisy, the shower soap wasn’t suitable for a shower and it was hard to get the water temperature we hard to get right. We were very disappointed and could not see how the extra £15 made it premier plus and better than a standard room. We were also annoyed that we had to pay £8 per night for parking and the receptionist led us to believe that we would get a discount but that was the original price and as we have stayed at premier inns for many years we don’t know why any customers should have to pay when they are already paying to sleep, eat and drink in your hotels, it’s very unfair and if you must charge it should be a lot less than £8
"Fantastic stay"
We stayed in the premier plus rooms they were well worth the extra money! Shower was fantastic, bed was up to usual premier inn standards and having the nespresso machine was a lovely added luxury. But what made the biggest impression was that when Aimee found out that we were there for my in-laws 63rd wedding anniversary she promised to do something for them. They came back to their room to a bottle of bubbly and a very lovely note. Honestly above and beyond all our expectations I would highly recommend this premier inn.
"Great location"
We stay at premier inn hotels quite regularly and they are always great, much better than some of the other budget hotels rivals. The staff on arrival were friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is well situated next to media city and old Trafford. Parking is an extra charge however that is to be expected in a city hotel.

good location, great staff. hotel is very dated and very noisy night. needs a lot of work on the decor or the prices lowering massively
