"On the whole, not a bad experience just felt let down by one member of staff called Joe"
Stayed in this hotel this week most of the staff were very friendly and helpful apart from the I assume manager called Joe who was veryrude. Customer service was awful. We needed a spare quilt in one of our rooms on the first night as there wasn’t one in the room I one from Joe he was very rude and said they’re fully booked so he can’t help us which is obviously rubbish because I don’t know any other hotel only stocks the exact amount of quilts for the exact amount of beds he just clearly took a disliking to me and my business partners. He refused to serve one of us alcohol on the first night before we’ve even had a drink constantly looking over our shoulders looking foran excuse to kick us out so we will not be staying here again as I said most of the members of staff were very helpful but was particularly rude and had a very snotty attitude.

"Hotel for man u fans for disabled"
Awesome hotel recommend to any disabled, they treat u with respect and are there when u need help and the rooms are great the beds are just the right size the atmosphere is relaxed the room is clean and tidy great value for money very quiet staff services are second to none

"Good Value for a Business Trip, Despite Minor Issues"

Stayed for one night while attending a conference nearby. Got the room for a great price compared to others in the same location.
Positives are a good and clean room. A nice breakfast spread, and a nice gesture to get a discount on the parking fee.
A few minor hiccups:
1. Check-in: Tried to check in through the kiosk at 7 PM for a 3 PM check-in time, for some reason it kept giving me a message that my room isn't ready yet. Ended up having to wait half an hour to get checked-in manually. Not ideal – I'd really appreciate kiosks that actually work instead of just being there to cut down on staff.
2. The room had a weird odour, probably coming from the bathroom/toilet. It would be great to have some room freshener around.
3. It was quite a warm day and for some reason the air conditioner/thermostat kept turning off despite me turning it back on, not sure why.
Overall, the stay was quite comfortable and I would recommend it.

Booked this premier inn as close to coronation street experience. Also overlooks old Trafford football club.
Staff very friendly and very helpful food was lovely could not complain our room was extremely comfortable we had a premier plus
