Manchester Old Trafford hotel

Excellent service from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and our rooms were very clean too. The restaurant has great food and drink and our breakfast was brilliant and has lots of very good food to choose from. A special mention for Amiee she was brilliant very welcoming and kind, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful and kind. I really recommend people try this premier inn

Stayed for 3 nights and this premier inn has let the brand down. Booked and paid for a premier plus room which was extremely run down! All the leather furnishing was worn, I was actually shocked! Very dusty room and this isn’t just typical settling dust that naturally occurs. Went to the restaurant on Friday - the staff looked like they’re being held there against their will. Barely got a smile from them we booked a table in the restaurant, we did already have drinks from the bar but we finished before our dinner came. Nobody offered us any more drinks when delivering our food or even after clearing our plates away, no dessert menu offered and we had to go wait at the till to pay. Dirty plates on tables and the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. Even the table and wall we sat at was covered in yoghurt from breakfast the staff just mustn’t care. Saturday we went to a concert asked what time the bar closed they said 2am but when nights came in they changed their mind to 1am and there reason being was ‘we need to close early as we’ve got a busy breakfast tomorrow!’ The night staff encouraged us to uber alcohol and sit in reception if we wanted to continue to drink. Very weird never heard of this before. Sunday we went down around 8:30pm to see if we could order food to our room. The girl asked if we had a ‘prebooked table or preordered food’ he replied ‘no’ and she said ‘there’s nothing left for tonight’ it was 8:30pm. I’ve never stayed at a Premier Inn where I’ve felt such an inconvenience before and we always stay with this brand as you normally know what you’re getting but wouldn’t return. Location was handy if you’re going to Victoria warehouse and Man United’s stadium is a stones throw away and can’t hear any noise from any of the events that are going on but wouldn’t stay again!

Stayed for the marathon and not very good service! Took 6 family members for dinner after the marathon (pre booked table in the hotel restaurant) and got awful service! Have tried to contact but won't let me without my partner answering security questions despite me being one of the guests staying 🙄 not good enough, very disappinting! Hotel was noisy at night too. Left with a pack of flat toilet tissue from old dispensers. Asked for more toilet roll on the Sunday evening and never got it. On departure, there was no-one around - they just left the carpark tickets on the desk with no instruction! Won't stay again...

My family loved the old trafford, the view is amazing. Food was good too.

Good location, 15 min uber to Trafford centre and 5 min walk to old trafford stadium and a 15 min walk to Salford Quay where there is lots of restaurants a d shops
