"Great location for biking, very good pub on site"
Great location, lovely helpful staff, very clean, we were there for three nights biking the Pennine canal trails, cycled 80 plus miles in two days crossing the Marple Aquaduct, really nice place to ride,m.
This hotel is a short road ride to miles and miles of traffic free bike trails.
Great pub on site with fantastic food deals
Don’t park in the front, our car was damaged, we parked right in the middle of our space but someone parked in the disabled spot next to us and damaged our door and wheel arch, of course premiere inn take no responsibility

"Friendly and welcoming staff"
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thankyou to Becky who was very friendly throughout our stay she was very helpful and kind. And thanks to Chris who helped us get a few more pillows for the room as me and my son found some of them abit to firm. I would recommend the hotel it is a lovely place and staff are very nice.

"Just okay, not good for people that need to power a medical device next to bed."
Well located, easy access good parking, not a best maintained car park but no extra charge at least. Hotel throughout looks tired and dated/grubby through use and in need of a good revamp.
Rooms okay size, limited clothes storage, standard premier now I guess, bed very comfortable.
No electrical sockets, bad for me. I thought last premier was a one off, but it might be standard now.
No power sockets near bed mean I and others that have bad sleep apnoeas and rely on CPAP devices to keep breathing consistently, haven't got a chance to sleep well at night, and wake up exhausted from breaches in our sleep and consequent low oxygen levels in our blood through the night.
A bit of mould in bathroom, prefer none. The room climate here is bad in hot weather. A noisy fan supplied moves hot air around, it blows but doesn't give much benefit, especially with the noise.
Reception are polite enough, when around, but can be a wait. I don't think the staffing level is high, so when reception is away or taking a break you are left waiting.
Pub attached is likewise dated, good atmosphere and general cheap and cheerful food is a mix of some parts good some just okay, but good value for what you pay.

"Welcoming"
Great location, very welcoming staff. Comfortable and spacious clean room.
Fresh cold water always available at the front desk that was a plus in hot weather 😊
Will visit again.
