    "Lovely stay for concert in the park"
    Stayed for a concert in heaton park - Hotel was the perfect location and so easy to get back to after the event. Rooms are too warm as the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning but I did know that before making the booking but I wanted to be closer to the venue so chose to book here. They did put a fan in the room and the lovely receptionist did also offer sheets if needed. We arrived before 3pm and the receptionist Lisa was so helpful with the early check in (definitely worth the £15 extra if you have somewhere to be) and then made sure we were aware of the best way to get into the park and sorting our car in the car park as the tablet was down in reception.

    Overall, our stay at the Premier Inn at Heaton Park was excellent. We received a very warm welcome from Elena, who was extremely friendly and helpful in running through options to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The staff in the Beefeater next door were also friendly and very accommodating - the food was great too. Elena exceeded our expectations and made sure our stay was great.

    "An amazing break out"
    I have to give a huge thanks to premier inn. We spent 4 days / 3 Nights when We have been served with highly Professional servise Even if we have been too noisy on Oasis time at Manchester with few pints. Everybody been so friendly and mostly time Like family. Everything was clean, no issue. Soo masaive thank you to Elena for her patient and we can only recomended.
