    "Great room and staff"
    What a lovely and warming welcoming from Rachel on reception she showed us direction of our room and couldn’t of been more help we had a great stay

    Please may I take this opportunity to thank everyone at the Hotel for looking after my elderly mother earlier this week. Owing to an emergency at my mother's home, we elected to stay at the hotel as this is nearby. As we are local, we are so proud/impressed of the warm welcome; and the trouble all of the staff took to look after my mum! Often, North Manchester is associated with negative press. However, nothing was too much trouble in quite a distressing rehousing for mum. On behalf of us both - please would you pass on our sincere thanks to everyone at the Hotel and at the Beefeater next door. I am extremely proud of Manchester - but your staff just reinforce the warmness/friendliness of Mancunians - thank you for everything!
    "Lovely stay for concert in the park"
    Stayed for a concert in heaton park - Hotel was the perfect location and so easy to get back to after the event. Rooms are too warm as the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning but I did know that before making the booking but I wanted to be closer to the venue so chose to book here. They did put a fan in the room and the lovely receptionist did also offer sheets if needed. We arrived before 3pm and the receptionist Lisa was so helpful with the early check in (definitely worth the £15 extra if you have somewhere to be) and then made sure we were aware of the best way to get into the park and sorting our car in the car park as the tablet was down in reception.

    Overall, our stay at the Premier Inn at Heaton Park was excellent. We received a very warm welcome from Elena, who was extremely friendly and helpful in running through options to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The staff in the Beefeater next door were also friendly and very accommodating - the food was great too. Elena exceeded our expectations and made sure our stay was great.
