"A great hotel and restaurant"
I have used this hotel a few times, it is very well situated and close to the motorway.
The room are spotless and very comfortable and I never get disturbances.
The car parking is free which is a welcome bonus too.
Elena checked me in and she was very helpful and friendly .
I had a great steak in the restaurant that evening I bought the meal deal which is great value and included a full English breakfast the following morning.

Great location for heaton park ( zip world) .
In all the hotel was as expected standard. Not 5 star but solid ebough nice sized family room. The beefeater next door for breakfast however was really poor but understand the bigger picture with the beefeater chain

Not great. Room only had sheet on bed, dirt under bed, vending machine took my money and didn’t dispense. Walked outside to be greeted by a male having a pee up the side of the building.
