Ellena at reception was wonderful from start to finish she was so helpful with all our requests we wanted to check in early and she helped us the service and hospitality we received from her was outstanding a gem to the company

Building a bit tired. Prearranged early check in took an age. Quiet but rooms/restaurant not very clean & showers not great.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights to attend a family wedding. The positives - the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. But sadly that’s all that can be said. I’ve been to Premier ends lots of time before including the one in Prestwich. This was far below standard . the location had been left to. Deteriorate for example there was rubbish outside both the hotel and all around for adjacent beefeater which acted as the hotel restaurant. The entrance hall to the hotelwas filthy and outside were cigarette butts and mess and people smoking outside bedrooms . The ground around the beefeater and the car park that’s surrounded it was similarly really dirty you could see there were days if not weeks worth of uncleared letter from customers. The Beef eater was understaffed. The floor tables and upholstered furniture were sticky, dirty worn out and in some places the upholstery was torn. The staff are run off their feet. I question how good the food hygiene was given the time it took to wipe tables and to clear The spilt food near serving areas. I really can’t recommend this hotel unless senior management get a grip on staffing cleanliness and consider refurbishing the common areas.
