"Brilliant experience"
Fantastic place to stay really good location but the staff were amazing special mention to Elena who was really helpful from start to finish throughout stay. She helped us from everything from parking to the best place to eat and help make us feel at home. they are very lucky have her. Also, the chap on reception on leaving was very helpful too.

Excellent once again.
Was a great family room, comfatable beds,lovely shower.
Really clean room very accommodating staff especially Elena and all reception staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Great reception from start to finish. We had an issue with the hotel we originally booked so ended up booking late at night after travelling.
The receptionist Elena was incredibly helpful and very lovely. She made our bedroom up as it was late but she sorted this for us. We had a issue trying to book the remainder of the stay here but she managed to move things around to accommodate taking the stress of finding another place to stay with the kids at short notice.
It really didn’t go unnoticed as we had travelled back home from Northern Ireland to see a poorly family member. Thank you :)

Bedroom was good.comfortable bed.
Bathroom clean.
Restaurant left a lot to be desired understaffed didn't have some of food on menu for evening dinner.lot of breakfast plates bowls were dirty bread was stale and place was very run down and not clean.not very impressed

The room was freezing and I had to get Rachel the night porter to help with the radiator. She was very helpful. Went to breakfast to a cold meal and then returned to my car which was keyed. Oh what a lovely stay.
