      "Very nice experience"
The beefeater restaurant staff and food quality was first class - really enjoyed my stay and established every evening in the bar
"Very Poor - Dirty and Shabby"
The room was dirty with stains and marks on furniture. The decor is in desperate need of an upgrade with paint peeling, heater marks extending up walls, scuffs and scratches to skirting boards and cobwebs. The bathroom shower had no power and there was severe water damage to the bath panel and door. When we booked with PI we expected a minimum standard but this was not what we got. If it had been £45 and an inner city B&B we would have understood. However, this is a national chain and the room cost us £90. Very poor.
"A convenient location for a visit to Heaton Park"
As I spend a fair bit of time around Manchester these days, I seem to be testing out all their Premier Inns! The Heaton Park branch is very accessible from the Bowker Vale tram stop, with connections to Victoria and Piccadilly. It's a 10-minute walk along the main road - you can even see the Premier Inn sign in the distance as soon as you pass the traffic lights, so you can't miss it. There are also plenty of buses with connections to Manchester landmarks and you're opposite Heaton Park itself. Checking in was simple and easy; Elena was friendly and welcoming. You can help yourself to tea and coffee sachets from a little stand on reception and there's also a vending machine tucked in a corner. There's a Shell garage down the road. For more substantial meals, there are a couple of options on Middleton Road plus a Beefeater next door (which you'll eat at if you've chosen to have breakfast with Premier Inn - it starts from 7am). There are a few ground-floor rooms, but there's a lift available and the stairs aren't too bad of a climb. The rooms are well signposted from the corridors. Room 104 had everything I've come to expect from a Premier Inn all present and correct - a sofa-bed by the window, a desk, large ensuite bathroom, Hollywood mirror with hairdryer, big lights and lamps, and the famous 'good night guaranteed' mattress. While there wasn't air-con, there was a fan which was very useful to run overnight as it was a toasty evening! Everything was clean and tidy, and the bed was - as expected - very comfy. There's some noise from outside from traffic and passers-by as you are on a main road but there was no disturbance from fellow guests. As mentioned, breakfast is at the Beefeater. Heads up that the entrance you'll need to use is around the back by the car park, not the front door! Unfortunately there was quite a lot of litter on the tables out front from the night before - cigarette boxes and butts, empty bottles, food wrappers etc. The staff were pleasant though and the hot food was decent enough - some of the usual range wasn't on offer (fruit juices, veggie sausages) but there was still plenty there I could pick from. All in all, this is a convenient and accessible branch, I'd happily stay again should the opportunity arise - I'd probably just forego the breakfast and make alternate arrangements.
      "Great Retreat"
I recently stayed at the Heaton Park Premier Inn with family and we had a brilliant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for our plans. A special mention to Elena, who truly went above and beyond to take care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine, and she really made our stay feel that much better. Thank you again, Elena! We’ll definitely be back.
      "Premier staff at Premier Inn"
I was welcomed by a lovely lady called Elena on reception she was a credit to the company, so very pleasant and helpful, our bedroom was great and we had everything we needed First time staying at a premier inn and it certainly won’t be our last with welcoming staff thank you
