"A fantastic stay with the family!"

"Good location but hot as h*ll"
The staff were all friendly, warm and welcoming. The location is ideal as only a short walk to the tram station where you can get into Manchester City Centre fairly quick. It was about 25 minutes from the airport. We stayed here following an overnight flight before facing a drive home to Scotland the following day. We were appreciative of the option to purchase early check in.
Unfortunately (and as will likely be the case with most UK hotels) there is no air conditioning in the room. This made our stay during Summer and in between the heatwave (temp was about 23 degrees outside) unbearable in the room. We were provided with a fan but this doesnât do anything to cool the room. The temperature in our room throughout the night was 26 degrees. The window only opens slightly (for safety) and the curtains are super thick to block out the light (which they do effectively) but also meant that there could be no airflow. We checked out around 6.30am because weâd been awake for a couple of hours and felt like we could barely breathe.
No fault of the staff at the hotel and literally nothing else they could have done, but Premier Inn should have this feedback and consider investing in aircon since this is the UK we live in now each year.

Kim burns is honestly an angel that has fell from heaven I have never met someone so amazing and kind in all my life. This woman honestly deserves a raise. She saved our lives literally her customers service skills are the best I have ever seen. I am literally going to get this womanâs name tattooed on me she saved the day. â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

"Great stay at this hotel"
Had a great stay at this hotel, check in was really easy and bedrooms clean and tidy. Bathroom looked newly refurbished. Had breakfast in the morning which was very well stocked and freshly cooked. Service was fab.
