Manchester (Heaton Park) hotel

Great location for heaton park ( zip world) . In all the hotel was as expected standard. Not 5 star but solid ebough nice sized family room. The beefeater next door for breakfast however was really poor but understand the bigger picture with the beefeater chain

Not great. Room only had sheet on bed, dirt under bed, vending machine took my money and didn’t dispense. Walked outside to be greeted by a male having a pee up the side of the building.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and our experience was lovely! We chose this location due to it's proximity to a friend we were visiting. The room was clean and well equipped, with all the basic amenities. The feel at the inn is quite relaxed and calm. It is perfect as a place to crash after a long day of walking and touring around the city. You get what you pay for and more, in my opinion, considering the staff is so welcoming and helpful. Because of it's location, it is also a very quiet place most of the time, which is definitely a great plus! The staff was very kind and helpful. A specific employee, Adam, went above and beyond for us! He was helpful, nice and just a pleasure all together.

This is a busy on the road premier for busy people visiting Manchester and its environs for whatever reason. Ours was to deliver our children for the music gig that was in the town. Nonetheless, there were other families in the hotel which showed that they consider us too with a family dedicated floor. It is also secure and quiet despite being on a road. However, please clean up your board on the road and also do not assume customers have forgotten your original good sleep guarantee advertisement. If you do not keep up the original selling points of premier then a haemorrhage of clients is imminent in the near future. Keep the premier promise, not a botched up version.

Convenient for us visiting friends. Quiet clean and comfortable room and bed. Fan in room. Check in and out easy. Breakfast at Beefeater next door but not a hassle.
