    "Good stay for Heaton Park"
Good stay, comfortable beds, right outside Heaton Park so perfect for festivals/ events. Mary on reception was very welcoming and hospitable
"Ticketmaster/Premier Inn - all the same"
Went for oasis and paid £350. Had no choice if we wanted stay because live far away. Extra for breakfast and more again for early check in. No WiFi and no air-conditioning. When charging so much you would have thought as a gesture of good will they would provide free breakfast considering how much money they made off ordinary people. I wonder how lenny feels about this. They are as bad as ticketmaster. Staff were lovely.
"No AC so very hot in summer"
I wanted to visit Jodrell Bank so combined it with a 5 night city break in Manchester. I also wanted to stay in a Premier Inn. I would’ve stayed in the city centre but none of the Premier Inn hotels in the city centre had parking other than public car parks which would’ve cost nearly £50 per 24 hours to park! I chose Heaton Park as it was located near to a Metrolink Tram stop & free parking at the hotel. Although I knew at the time of booking the Heaton Park Premier Inn doesn’t have air conditioning, It was unfortunate that my stay coincided with a heatwave. When I checked in I was told there was a fan in my room & they would provide me with a sheet to sleep under if the duvet was too hot. The stairwell & lift area were lovely & cool but as soon as you opened the door to the corridor where the bedrooms are located the heat nearly knocked you over! The fan was already running when I got in my room but did little to cool it. The bathroom was unbearably hot. I struggled to sleep every night even with just a sheet as I was so hot. I couldn’t relax in the evenings after a day of sightseeing due to the heat of the room, even with the fan running 24/7. I couldn’t hear the tv due to the noise of the fan. I even contemplated coming home early as I wasn’t enjoying my stay.Even on the 2 days that the outside temperature dropped 10 degrees it was still very hot & stuffy in my room & I needed to use the fan. I appreciate the weather isn’t the responsibility of Premier Inn! Also the staff at Heaton Park were very pleasant & helpful. I’ve subsequently spoken to Premier Inn Guest Relations who have advised they are looking to put AC into as many of their hotels as possible. But in the meantime if you’re planning to stay at Heaton Park in summer, the rooms are hot & uncomfortable as a result.
"Take a tent and sleep on the grass"
Stayed to watch Oasis, absolutely ripping ppl off £335 for a standard double. 30 degrees and no air conditioning, offered a small fan which was useless If your going to charge stupid dynamic prices surely you can afford to get air conditioning fitted
    "Five star"
Very nice welcome to hotel by Mary Nice clean rooms Food next door very good Unfortunately rooms very warm was offer sheet
