Excellent service from booking to check in, plesant and informative staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. All the above took care of the exhaustion from our long drive.

Overall a good stay, bed very comfy as always, staff friendly and available. Rooms are a little tired but clean.
I do think in the climate, it might be time to reinstate a wall controlled heating and A/C, because I felt very fortunate we visited when it was quite cool. The room was warm, and since our room looked onto the road, we had a choice of significant road noise and a slightly cooler room or the free standing fan noise that didn’t really help the temperature. I can’t imagine what it’s like in the 25°+ weather.

The service provided was very good. Both Molly and Ellie were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were exactly as described on the website. Extremely comfortable beds. Only issue was the creaking floor. Delicious breakfast with wide variety of cooked and continental breakfast options. Very good value for money.
