"Lovely hotel with great food available too"
Lovely site, staff are always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is always really good, either all buffet style or hot food cooked to order depending on the day we stay. Havent ever had a bad experience here as yet and have stayed probably 8-10 times in last 2 years

"No heating!!"
Thermostat didn’t work. Electric heater didn’t work. Found out after putting the kids to sleep so it was too much effort to complain and move rooms. Ended up keeping warm by using the hairdryer!!

The weekend staff at this premier inn was fantastic! We stayed on the 28.02.2026 and left on 01.03.2026 , could not fault them! Very warm welcome and the heating didn’t work in our room ( due to a old heater being there still) the receptionist came with me to check the heaters and to explain that some are new and some are old and she went and got a electric heater for us right way!

We had a fantastic stay! The staff made my partner, my son, and me feel incredibly welcome and were always friendly and attentive. They were happy to assist with anything we needed and provided all the information we asked for with a smile. The rooms were spotless, and we enjoyed several restful nights of sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.
