"Unhygienic and suffocating rooms"
Poor hygiene and cleaning, suffocating room. We checked out in 2 hrs after check in. There was spider just above the our child’s bed and a T-shirt left by a previous guest.

Warm friendly greeting, nothing too much trouble. Room clean and tidy-room 6 bathroom floor needs attention! Fan was on in the room when we arrived which was welcomed as it was a hot stuffy day.Additional fan also available if we needed. Would visit again

"Getting fed up with Premier Inn"
The rooms as good as normal although the staff on reception seemed undertrained and frankly uninterested. The breakfast was a complete waste of money, very badly cooked. Upset there was no buffet. The bacon was so thin it turned to leather and the mushrooms were boiled as far as I could tell.

This is a perfect location in terms of easy access and for onward travel into Manchester. An Uber was less than £6. There is a Sainsburys within a few minutes walk but unfortunately the KFC onsite closed an hour and a half early on a Friday night, claiming to have no staff and no chicken. So don't rely on that!!!!
The hotel is moderately sized and on only two floors, with free and abundant parking. The staff deserve a particular shout out for their professionalism and friendliness; we had a very serious and extremely dangerous issue in our room first thing one morning due to a completely random and unexpected malfunction. This was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the duty manager, who did everything she could to make our room safe. Lovely lady and a true credit to the company!!!
Our room was exceptionally clean and a bit bigger than some. It was also VERY quiet, despite being fully booked for part of our stay and being so close to the main road. The on-site restaurant is considerably better than most, serving cheap but very acceptable food. It shames the similar equivalent just up the road by the Premier Inn at Mottram.
Very highly recommended in every way.

"Absolutely beautiful hotel"
Location is perfect for distance with many different shops and the town centre. Rooms were absolute top notch. The atmosphere that was superb. Value of the room isn't cheap but is best within Manchester. Cannot say anything wrong about the cleanliness as everything was beautiful. All people working there were absolutely kind and helpful whenever anything happened.
