      "Aldo went the extra mile"
Perfect! Reasonably priced. Order breakfast online before 9pm get cheaper rate. Pool table though cues need to replaced. Aldo Hotel advisor made the stay. He was very helpful and went the extra mile. Room needed fans up to climate control. Clean. Tea Coffee facilities. Shower good. TV had many channels. Wasn't as loud as I thought it might be.
      "Excellent stay"
I think everything was fantastic. When you enter in the hotel you can smell how every thing is clean. The bathroom was big enough, a very big shower and it as been cleaned every day perfect. The bed very comfortable and we had nice pillows. Was very silent you couldn't hear any noises from outside. The breakfast had different types of food enough to make happy everybody . In the quarter around the hotel you can find many caffe, bars, restaurants and shops. And now the staff, so gentle always smiling and helpful .When we arrived i told the next day was my birthday and, so they gave us a chocolate and an upgrade to a view bedroom .If we will go to manchester again we will chose the same hotel.
      "Pleasant stay"
I had a very pleasant stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast services were excellent – well-prepared and timely. The staff were especially impressive: friendly, attentive, and very informative, which made the overall experience even better.
      "Becoming unfit for business use"
The core functions of the hotel are good, with a fair price. However the wifi offering is truly abysmal. The free wifi is less than 1mbps, which is pretty unusable in 2025. You can pay £5 for just 8mbps for 24 hours, which is laughable. I would be disappointed with anything less than 50mbps! They also could not supply an iron with ironing board. Not great for business use. It's a shame because if they fixed those things I would definitely recommend them!
      "Great hotel 10/10"
Very nice hotel abit pricey but it’s worth every penny! I stayed to go to a concert in the 02 academy and it’s only a short walk there and back. Plus the room i stayed in was lovely it had a gorgeous view and it was so quiet and spotless will definitely stay again in the future.
