Manchester City Centre (Princess Street) hotel

We stayed for 1 night for a concert in the city. Room 525 was absolutely fantastic. Spotless and spacious. Air con was a blessing. We had a drink in the bar the views were incredible. We had breakfast the following morning. Very tasty, hot & plentiful. Faarooq who served us was very polite and helpful. This hotel will be our go too now for and further visits to Manchester

I had a lovely stay here. We came to Manchester to see Devin Townsend at the uni. The room was clean and cosy with everything you could need essentially, tea, coffee, hairdryer, hanging space, towels were also provided. The receptionist was very efficient and friendly, he helped me with organizing an alternative room as I had booked a double instead of a twin without hesitation or extra charge. We had breakfast, which for anyone who doesn't have allergies, there was a large range to choose from, you could have a continental and a hot breakfast. I have numerous allergies and I'd like to thank Rami and Mark for making sure I had a lovely breakfast safely. They both went above and beyond for me, Mark made my breakfast separately to ensure my food didn't come in to contact with any of my allergens and it was beautiful, I also didn't feel like I was being awkward as you sometimes can when you can't have the already prepared food. I would definitely go back and stay if I had a planned trip to Manchester, it was about a 15-20 minute walk into the center, about a 10 minute walk to the infamous gay village, there were also shops around if you had forgotten anything.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Staff – They Truly Deserve to Be Recognised I really wanted to take the time to write this review because, although we were sent to this hotel as emergency accommodation, the staff here have turned what was an incredibly stressful and difficult experience into something so much more positive. I have stayed in hotels before, but I can honestly say that I have never come across a team quite like this one. From the moment we arrived, we have been treated with kindness, compassion and genuine care. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. Whether it was a question, a request or simply needing a friendly face at the end of a difficult day, the staff have always gone above and beyond to help. I want to make a special point of naming Tyler, Kieran, John, Emma, Emily, Mark and Ryan, because every single one of them deserves recognition. They have each made a difference to our stay in their own way, and their kindness has not gone unnoticed. Corporate and senior management should be incredibly proud of this team. Staff like these are what make people remember a hotel — not just because the rooms are nice, but because of how they make you feel when you are there. Every one of these employees has shown genuine care, professionalism and warmth, and I sincerely hope this review is passed on to their managers and that they receive the recognition they deserve. The room itself has been spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming, and we have been really impressed with the food. The meals have been delicious and the breakfast has been fantastic. The lovely, friendly face serving breakfast each morning has been an absolute pleasure to see and has made starting the day that little bit brighter. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, and we will genuinely remember the kindness of this team long after we leave. Five stars doesn't feel like enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The elevators are in desperate need of work. The floor numbers in one elevator are wrong. There are two number 11’s instead of an 11 and 14. I then later used the other elevator and got stuck between floors. I had to hit the alarm and wait to be assisted. Thankfully someone came to help after 5 minutes. They had to prise open the door and I then climbed out. Later, we arrived at the restaurant around 9:30pm after returning from an event nearby with our kids. We were extremely disappointed to be told that the “build your own pizza” would be a frozen pizza with some extra cheese sprinkled over the top and then some toppings as there was no dough left. We got the sense that the team were just trying to close up quickly. The food we ordered instead was very poor. Katsu chicken was probably the worst I’ve had. The burger was terrible. My son couldn’t eat it. Overall very poor quality food

Really a nice and serene environment I enjoyed staying there . Breakfast was great , Mark / Ramsan were helpful ,, I loved it there
