    "Excellent hotel"
Just out of the city centre but in an excellent position for the universities and museums. Plenty of cafes and supermarkets about too. The room was very good with an excellent view from the 14th floor. My only quibble relates to the lack of a decent grab handle over the bath if you want to use the shower.
"Exceptional Service that Keeps me coming back"
I’ve been staying at this hotel every time I visit Manchester for the past six months, and it truly feels like a second home. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable, which makes a big difference after a long day. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone is kind and welcoming, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mark, the chef. He always remembers me and has my breakfast ready without me even asking. it's such a thoughtful touch that makes me feel genuinely cared for. Also, Ramzan has been incredibly helpful every time I’ve needed something. No matter the issue, he finds a solution quickly and always with a smile. It’s a great hotel with great people. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
    "Extremely comfortable stay."
Lovely hotel, not quite as central as I thought but only a 10 minute walk to the Arndale centre also. Very restful and incredibly quiet and well soundproofed from road noise and other guest noise. Nice cityscape views and plentiful parking underneath. Very modern and clean. Only very minor fault would be the WiFi coverage being low in the room.
"Spent 9 nights in Manchester while my son attended his university exams — excellent location, quiet environment,"
I stayed here with my son for 9 nights while he attended his university exams, and our experience was excellent. The accommodation is very clean, quiet, and comfortable — exactly what we needed during a busy exam schedule. Its location is convenient and close to all facilities, yet the calm environment made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were always kind, professional, and ready to help. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ramzan for his outstanding support and Mr. Mark from the kitchen, whose friendliness and care made us feel very welcome. Their efforts truly made our stay memorable.
"Love a Premier Inn stay. Always quality."
Lovely room, comfy beds, gorgeous food. The range of breakfast items is amazing. Towels, body/hair, and hand wash available. Tea & coffee facilities in the room. Hair dryer, coat hangers and extra pillows supplied. I always know what I'm getting with Premier Inn.
