"Great stay"
Lovely for the 1 night stay and good location for centre and venues etc. Really clean and a really comfortable bed and pillows. All staff were great although we had no issues they gave the impression they would have gone above and beyond to have sorted should there have been any.
"Hôtel fine, breakfast worst shambles ever!"
Hotel, good location, easy check in, room fine and clean and quiet (premier plus room). Breakfast horrendous and cannot believe they are allowed to charge for that. Understaffed, supposed hot food was cold and not replenished without asking and asking, no soya or dairy milk available, bread and croissants etc, empty and not replenished without asking and asking, tables not cleared so dirty plates all over the place. Would definitely not recommend this experience to anybody.
"Weekend stay"
Ideally located within the centre of Manchester… Staff very attentive… Vanessa on reception was lovely, warm and welcoming… Premier plus room was ok, quite small and no view from the window being located on level 2… Coffee machine didn’t hear the water which was disappointing and the loo roll was also v cheap! Fit the price we paid would stay again 🙂

Such a great place to go and stay at cheap and all you need the staff are very good and friendly the breakfast so nice and the views nothing to complain about. The room nice and clean definitely worth what the pice you pay for it and I will 100% recommend this to everyone.
"Manchester visit"
Thank you for a lovely stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. Great beds, amazing service , there is also a restaurant on site however we did not eat there… we love manchester and will definitely be back again at some point this year
