"Perfect."
Lovely hotel. Rooms perfect. Value for money, outstanding. Centrally located. Staff lovely and welcoming. Book it and go and explore Manchester.
"Needs updating!"
No early check available like we’ve had previously even though we were only 15 mins early and the receptionist said they weren’t fully booked. Room very small & stuffy. Bathroom was tiny! TV was a terrible picture. Breakfast was VERY average with limited choice in comparison to what used to be on offer. Overall this hotel is very run down - feel the Premier Inn brand has slipped massively lately and is not what it used to be.

Really pleasant stay. Easy to check in online before arrival, reception staff really helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel in general was really clean and tidy. Food great, beer also great and the room was thoroughly clean.

Comftable bed and quiet room. However decor very tired. Carpet badly stained... looked like bleach stains. See photos. Breakfast very good value for money

Great hotel, Nice and clean bed is really comfy. Could use an extra staff for night shift but overall really pleased with my stay. Akeem was really welcoming and accommodating.
