"Excellent overnight stay"
Cannot fault this stay. We were in Manchester for the Titanic Exhibition, which was just across the road from the hotel. We arrived at lunch time and were able to leave our bags at reception whilst we explored Manchester until check in started at 3pm. Our room was on the second floor floor with a view towards the Midland. Breakfast was excellent the staff friendly and obliging. Checking out we were able to leave our bags with reception enabling us to have lunch before we boarded the train for our journey home. My top service comment was that the lovely lady on reception loaned us her own umbrella whist we braved the Manchester weather! We will be using Premier Inn again!
"It was good but received a different room altogether"
We recently stayed at the Manchester Central Premier Inn and overall had a pleasant experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. Although we initially requested a double room, we were given a family room instead. Fortunately, this turned out to be a good alternative, as it offered plenty of space and met our needs well. That said, the room mix-up was the only downside. Clearer communication or confirmation of room types ahead of check-in would be helpful in the future to ensure guests receive exactly what they booked. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and we appreciated the convenient location and quiet atmosphere. We’d happily consider staying again.
"Booking problem"
Disappointing stay. I booked multiple rooms using the app. One room was booked for two nights and we were forced to move rooms after the first night. Guest services (select 4 when you phone) were helpful but seem disconnected to the hotel. My advice is not to book multiple rooms using the app as the system cannot cope.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Manchester Central for my son's graduation. Solange could not have been more helpful and made our stay truly memorable. She was so professional, knowledgeable and had a natural ability to make us all feel very at home. Although young she definitely is ready for a management position. I would like to point out that the Premier Inn is very luck to have her working for them. Many thanks

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. There's no problem getting extra tea or coffee. They deliver it to your room immediately. Even though the hotel is centrally located, we had a great night's sleep in very comfortable beds. The bedding is spotless. We'll definitely be happy to return. Thank you so much for a great stay. Best regards.
