Manchester Bury hotel

great location, stayed here as was at a concert in Heaton park, parking facilities great as car park 2 minute walk away, metro station 5 minute walk away, stayed here as a family of 4 Bedroom was the best iv stayed in regarding temperature, I never woke up roasting at all !!! so was perfect as usually rooms at premier inn are stuffy! A great idea by whoever was in charge was when we got home after a bit of a rubbish trip with a station being shut on the metro we were starving, this was late on midnight perhaps- it was a lovely surprise to find the bar open and them taking pizza orders !!! what a life saver !! we were starving and soaking wet so having a lovely hot pizza made up for the hectic travel back to the hotel. breakfast perfect staff perfect!!

Fantastic hotel in a great place with a huge network of transport surrounding it..so close to Manchester without all the hustle and bustle of it..the staff were great especially Cath and Alison...went above and beyond for us..the other staff food and service are great..3rd visit..will be back again soon..

I stayed here in room 420 for one night on Friday 6th June. Auto check-in was quite easy and hassle free. The hotel is conveniently located next to a car park, albeit a bit of a dingy one, and one that isn't very well signposted for the pay machines, or the exit. The hotel is very near to the metrolink and Bury market. It's also a good base if you're visiting Arcade Club. I last stayed here in 2019 and I felt it was quite comfortable back then. I felt on this stay the hotel seemed a bit rundown and tired. The rooms (both my friends and mine) looked old with scuffs and marks. My chair had stains on it. There were marks on the wall and the window wasn't clean. The room also doesn't have any usb sockets and the plug sockets were quite scarce too. Service was a little slow at the bar although it was open well after 11. It felt like it's been left to go downhill a little. Breakfast to be fair was quite good, even the Latte from the machine was nice. The staff were also friendly including security in the evening. I only paid £60.00 for the night, so based on that it was an ok stay. If I had paid more, it would've been a different rating. There isn't much choice in Bury, so it's either this or the Village. For a quieter stay, I would stay here again but not at a premium price.

Great location for steam railway, trams, busses, towns, shopping/market, eating and drinking and countryside. Much to see - visited RHS Bridgewater Garden and Bolton Steam Museum this time. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Generous breakfast.

Thank you for a lovely check in. Darrell helped us as we did arrive early and he managed to squeeze us in for an early check in. Thank you. We have stayed here for a number of years due to us going on the East Lancashire Railway and always us this PI for our stopovers. It use offer discount parking for Q Park however this no longer applies. We ow book directly with Q Park online which makes the parking a lot more easier and sometimes cheaper. We don't normally eat at the PI due to the dining experiences on the ELR however have do and was all good. This is an ideal stopover if you want to base yourself here for Manchester as the trams are just a walk away.
