    "Comfortable room, good food, great service from all staff, loved the diversity of the team. Will definitely go again."
    Stayed here for 13 nights. Sam, Jo & team were very welcoming polite and friendly. Regardless of how busy or not the hotel was.
    "Not like Premire inn we used to have"
    Its bit disappointment with this Premier inn , I always choose Premier inn because its clean and comfortable , breakfast is standard evey hotel . but not this one . the room is small and smelly , No ventilation in room , you need to open the window , which is not possible due to big noise from Airplane landing . Asked to make up the room , seems they ignored , nothing was done , we lived in with trash and used towel in 2nd day . Breakfast is not buffet , you need to order , the staff is no so friendly ( or may be its individual , ordered one thing , brought another , asked bring 2 fried egg , only brought one . just ignore , bring whatever in their menu ) . maybe I am not lucky .

    Rooms are in need of a refurb. Very dated, however staff member we met was lovely and the location very handy for the airport. Free parking is a bonus.

    Dirty room, nets look like they not been cleaned ever, dust everywhere. Staff didn't have another room for me. I've submitted a report to them and not heard back so I've decided to let everyone know!
    "Heald green"
    Hotel is now outdated and in need of a refurb, advertised as wifi but wifi is a bloody, joke could not get on it, staff are wonderful. Always on hand to help
